Took my car in for diagnostic. They were very detailed with the diagnostic review. Spelled out in detail what the issues were, what they needed to do to fix them and upfront with the pricing. They kept me informed of the process the entire time the car was in their shop. Very easy to work with. I will continue to take all my cars there for service.

I was driving to the store on Saturday when I wasn't able to start my car. I called roadside services who wasn't able to jump start my car.
Then I had to call roadside services back to have my car towed off the parking lot.. They took my car to Springdale ( I've had work done before there) on Sunday.
I received a call from Springdale on Monday morning advising they had my car. After reviewing the complaint, (starter need), they had to order the part and had it there by afternoon.
They promised it would be ready by end of the day. They had it ready by 3:pm. Wow?

Thanks to their commitment to servicing my car and having on ready when promised.
I really appreciate the professional and prompt way this event was handled.
It was an inconvenience but they got me going on that following Monday!
I will definitely use Springdale again.

Ruby took care of me over the phone and we coordinated to have my car dropped off for a service. I needed a headlight replaced and had them look into replacing the battery. Even though I was open and willing to purchase a new battery, they suggested it still had some life after testing and didn’t take the opportunity of having me make an unnecessary purchase. This added an element of trust.
Additionally, they communicate well. Texted which is my preferred method of communication and the price was reasonable for the service provided.
Lastly, when they discovered I walked down the street to pick up the vehicle, they offered to drop it off in the future.

Based on my first experience, I will return for future needs. 😁

Tune up & cracked radiator needed replacing on a 2010 Toyota Camry - this group did a fantastic job! They communicated everything that needed to be done (with pictures for verification) & quoted a firm price. They even gave me a ride back and forth! I found my new mechanics!

These guys are great. They are frendly, not grumpy like many mechanics. They do great work, and they seem to take pride in their work.
A good mechanic is like a good doctor. When you find them, you keep them.

Very pleased with the people and the service. They repaired a fluid leak, but one on the new hoses was defective - they replaced that the next day. Nice clean and open shop.

I had a AC issue & a strange filling in my truck while driving.

These guys are great. They are very knowledgeable, pleasant and do excellent work at fair prices. They help me keep my two Volvo V70s (an '06 and and '07) in really good shape. I'd take off across the country in either one with no worries.

Everything went smooth and also in a reasonably timely manner, I’ve had them also check up on how my truck is doing and they have been very kind.

Springdale Automotive in Middletown is a great place to take your vehicle for maintenance. They are reasonably priced and explain the work that was done and made recommendations for upcoming service. Monty and crew worked my vehicle into their busy schedules for maintenance. Thank you!!!

Professional and down to earth. Took a vehicle with transmission issues that would require a new transmission. Personally not worth the hassle so I decided to junk the vehicle. At no charge to me, they were very patient while I attempted to contact multiple junk yards until I successfully had a company arrive to tow the vehicle. Even though I didn’t have any work done there, when I do need work on a vehicle, it will go to them. Thanks again guys for working with me and your grace definitely deserves praise.

Hands down the best automotive shop in Louisville. No worries whether your vehicle is in good hands here. Springdale is incredibly transparent, detailed and honest. They give you thorough reports and estimates regarding the service needed after a full inspection. Mike is super friendly and helpful, and down to earth. He went above and beyond for us to ensure we'd have our vehicle ready for the weekend. You can rest assured you're not being taken advantage of and the work will be done right.

If there is any issue that needs to be resolved, they stand by their warranty, which is 5 years 50k miles.
