Aaron's

I had a HORRIBLE experience with the past general manager of this store but the new one, Daniel, is fantastic. EVERYBODY I've dealt with has been great. I bought a 55 inch TV and had 1 payment left and the TV went out... completely stopped working. So I was given a smaller "loaner" TV. 4 or 5 months went by and I had already paid off the TV but the general manager at the time couldn't tell me when it would be replaced. I don't even think Daniel was there a month and he replaced my TV. Daniel and Mark and everyone that I've had to speak to have been incredible. I've been a customer of Aaron's since 1999 and this is the first time I've ever had anything break or stop working. Love this store. Seriously, if you're going to lease from Aaron's, deal with this store!

I needed a certain PC and monitor. I received GREAT customer service. They went above and beyond my expectations. I appreciate the help ! Highly recommend them !

Joel is freaking uh-may-zing. He had my items delivered SUOER quick, was informative on pay options, dates, and flexible too! He was even super nice when I called a WK later and was having issues(which were NOT to any fault of Aaron's)... Manager wise, he is phenomenal. Ty Joel n Aaron's for ur awesomeness!:)

I've been doing business with the store at 6201 Preston in Louisville KY. for three years now. They have been nothing but helpful. And I'm not the easiest person to please. One of there managers Brian has always gone beyond the with service. What I have to say to you haters is pay your bills on time and give them a chance to make it right.
