Lots of interesting, fun, and sexy items. The store lends itself to browsing, so just plan to spend some time there. Just search their "Naughty Bits Heart Filled" toy on their website. The colorful hearts are quite fascinating, and my imagination sort of went wild with it! Also, the Glass Candy Land Juicer looks fascinating. ;-)

Courtney always greats me and my lady professionally, is extremely helpful and friendly! We have visited this store many times and she makes the experience fun and never awkward. Their products are top notch!

Greeted immediately upon entry. I took a stroll around the store by myself and went to the counter for help. I can’t remember her name, but the young lady with dreads and the green dress asked me necessary questions to guide me to the right place. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest, all things a patron should be concerned about.

I left with the Herquake… listen .. that mf is a beast!!!!! Lol can’t get past the lowest and first setting ahahahha! Good recommendation, thanks Adam & Eve!

Expected the worst. Pleasantly surprised. I don't know if the women usually featured in these reviews has been shown the door or I was just lucky she wasn't there. The young lady I did see, greeted me instantly and was courteous. The store was clean, well light and well stocked. Wil shop here again.

Wow! I'm editing my review of Adam & Eve. It was an inappropriate review I left previously and I apologize for any lingering ideas I may have left for readers interested in making plans for visiting this great store. I want to apologize to the young lady assisting me. A great staff with great service with great prices!!!

Our first time visiting this store and couldn't believe how courteous and helpful the staff was. And such a wide assortment of merchandise. We will certainly be returning. 9/7/18

Large inventory of products and online items .

The staff are very polite and helpful, but stay out of your hair when you don’t need them.

Online experience is way better an the employee's at the Sevierville TN location are way way more friendlier this store has lots more to choose from but the employee's are not helpful they make you feel like your stealing stuff 24/7 as they peek around corners at you doing nothing but making it clear they're watching you! So let me make it clear if I wanted to take something I'd just take it your girls didn't need to make us feel like criminals we're good honest people that work in medical field just looking to spice up our love life so thanks for making us feel like less!
I'd probably change my staff matter fact I know I would!

My fiance and I came in because we were in town on vacation. As soon as we stepped in the store a short lady with short hair immediately started to follow us around making me uncomfortable. Since she was with us every step of the way I politely asked if there was a restroom available. I never in my life have been told nope with such hostility and rudeness. We immediately left. After looking at the reviews it seems to be the same employee costing this establishment quite a bit of revenue due to her attitude. I will never recommend this place due to this womans demeanor!

Went in on a time crunch last weekend (first time patron at an Adam & Eve)... I was welcomed in and told to let them know if I needed any help. There was an employee standing in front of the counter, and two behind. I quickly stopped and stated (unfortunately vague) what I was looking for. The two older female employees began to laugh at me loudly to one another, exclaiming how broad of category I mentioned. I stopped; immediately embarrassed and flustered. It took every thing in me not to walk out; I should’ve. The younger employee, behind the counter, approached me and was helpful in pointing me in the right direction. She opened a few boxes for me and I apologized for being in a hurry. She was very kind and told me not to worry about it. Here’s the thing, I used to manage an adult store; successfully. NEVER once did myself or my employees express such rude and unprofessional behavior. It was unacceptable, and I will not be returning. On another note, there were at least ten patrons in the store, with three employees working, all of which stayed at the counter, I can only hope your profit exceeds your loss.

The shorter woman with brown hair and a blonde streak in it that works here was very rude. When we first came in I tried to greet her and ask her how she was and she barely responded and gave me and my boyfriend dirty looks. We had been to this store before and the two women that were working were very polite and helped me when I was buying lingerie. This woman was EXTREMELY unwelcoming and followed us around the whole store giving us dirty looks as if we were going to steal or something. She fidgeted with boxes on a wall when we were looking at toys but wasn’t actually doing anything with them I think just trying to make it look like she was. I was excited to come to come back here but we left only a few minutes after entering because she made us so uncomfortable.
