We stopped in at 8am on a Monday. This place was hopping! Between the phone calls, mobile orders, and in-person customers, the employee stayed busy! She did take the time to talk about the shakes and offer her recommendations. I ordered the Mint Oreo replacement shake as suggested. While we waited for our drinks, we looked around at the motivational signs and fitness photos. There was a board with a suggested fitness routine prominently displayed for customers. As the employee made our drinks, she conversed easily with us. When my drink arrived, it was great tasting and a hearty portion. It will certainly keep me fueled for the morning!

Chris was very helpful. First time in and he explained all the different shake and drink options. Cool atmosphere and good, healthy, yummy looking options for those on the go or who love smoothies! Try the PB cookie dough!

The drinks were tasty, and more affordable than some other places I’ve been to that sell similar products. I got the birthday cake shake and a lemon tea. As the little sign says, I did feel like a guest when I walked into their shop. The workers were very friendly and conversational, which is a nice change in pace where sometimes you barely get a hello nowadays. Would come back. :)

I went to Ville Nutrition on an early Monday morning. Hungry with no energy to start my day. The hardest part for me was choosing what to drink. Thankfully the staff is so friendly & kind (and patient with me). It’s obvious they strive on customer satisfaction and good quality drinks. I had the fruity pebbles and it was delicious. The tea that I ordered had “take off” in it. Better than an energy drink. It worked so good, that I stayed going strong and full of energy throughout the entire day. Definitely went back the following day. I recommend this place to anyone to tryout, it’s a 10 star place.

In love already. A friend of mine has basically been living here since she discovered this little gem so I had to give it a shot. Stopped in today (Tuesday) to grab a quick pick-me-up. 2 workers plus the owner were behind the counter while 2 guests each had a dog with them were ordering. I grabbed a menu just to be sure I didnt have a last second change of heart, I really wanted to try several items. I decided on the 32 ounce house blend high protein coffee. The gentleman that waited on me was incredibly nice and explained some of the nutrition facts with me. The store is very neat and tidy as well as welcoming. Ill be back to try some other drinks in the near future, especially because I'm only a few minutes away. I had my dog with me but left him in the car as I knew he would want to play with the other 2 already inside but they sent me away with a pup cup for him. If you follow their social media, there are usually daily posts and a deal is run frequently.

Awesome stop if you need Caffeine! The flavors are super good and the health benefits are an added bonus. Love this place!

I love the Ville Nutrition with my whole heart 🥹💗 the staff is always so welcoming and the drinks are so 🔥🔥 I recommend this place to everyone i know who’s looking for a quick pick me up throughout the day. The shakes and teas are literally TO DIE FOR

Great local spot for a smoothie, energy drink, or tea. I have to say I'm not a huge fan of sweet stuff, but their selection has too many unique flavors to pass up. We will be back to try them all!

We went here for their grand opening, and we will definitely be back soon! The Red Velvet Shake was delicious, the specialty tea was the unbelievably good, and the Mega Protein Coffee with the house blade was to die for.

Everyone there was super friendly, and the store is very cute. We cannot wait to go back! If they were closer to us we would be their every morning I'm sure!

I love coming here! The owner is really nice and takes the time to get to know her customers. Anytime I'm in the area I make it a point to stop in. Haven't had anything I haven't liked on the menu.

The owners are super sweet and always welcoming! Even if there is a line, they are super quick! They do a ton of fun customer appreciation days too.

Literally my favorite place to stop by when I’m in Louisville area!! The energy you get from the teas is unbeatable & I stay full from their protein shakes! My fav combo is Mint oreo and scary mary tea with collagen & probiotic! Definitely a must try 👏🏽🔥
