The office staff was wonderful and great. And Dr. Micheal C. Creean seem very concerning to his patients. And wants the best treatment plan you can possibly have. He wanting me to take injections I've had them done before at another clinic didn't work. So I'm willing to give them a try see what they can do. And plus I need to discuss some other issues with my treatment. Cause the injections after while they don't perform like that should.

Dr. Kroner is great. He has a great sense of humor and explains things fully. Shiloh is terrific. She goes over and beyond what most practitioners do. Very patient, though and considerate. I highly recommend them both.

Dana and the staff at the Pain institute are excellent. The different options are discussed with you thoroughly and they help you find the best option for you. Excellent doctors available for epidurals and blocks performed. Excellent care with a truly caring health care professional.

Dr. Cronen is an amazing human. Very professional with a great sense of humor. Always polite and caring. If you have anything bad to say about this man, you obviously have some major issues.

This office is amazing...I had been having migraines for about a month and I went to see Dr. Cronen for them and he helped tremendously with a prescription called Nurtec. Within 20 mins of taking it my migraine was gone. I also do the Biote pellets there for the hormone replacement therapy and with those about every 3 months i haven't had to use the nurtec as often cause they have helped with my stress and headaches, plus they help with joint pain and i am so much more energy then before. There staff are all so nice and helpful, must have all new staffing then from before. I really would recommend The Pain institute!!

Dr. Cronen is a very caring physician. He listened to what my problem was and had me walking upright in two visits. I'm back to playing golf and enjoying regular things without pain. I cannot thank him enough.

I've been there once , was scared to death and Dr Cronen and his staff made my visit so much easier and relaxed me. I need another injection but workman's comp closed my case knowing I needed it. So hioehopefi can get back in.

I have suffered pain in my neck for years and have received limited relief. After being referred to Dr. Cronen he immediately started treatment and for the most part I'm pain free! If my neck flares up they see me quickly for treatment! The staff always follows up to check on me. If any of my friends have pain issues, I always refer them to Pain Institute.

I absolutely love this group. I still have pain but, I can tolerate it compared to being bedridden is a major plus. His caring bedside manner is like no other.

The Pain Institute is a great place to go for your pain issues. I saw Dr. Cronen a few months ago for my back pain and got some injections which really helped. He also discovered a huge issue with my neck which we found out I had a collapsed disk and he sent me to the best Neurosurgeon in town, Dr. Doss. Had surgery got it fixed and feeling 100% better now. Would definitely recommend see Dr. Cronen and his staff.

Dont bother wasting your time. The docs are nice enough, however their office staff a 2nd a few of the arnps are useless. Your appointments are going to be rearranged constantly, and t9hey will call you at least once a month to cancel an appointment.....then you will get a letter discharging you over an appointment THEY called to cancel. They just did the exact same thing to my husband....wouldnt do a procedure because they are billing wrong insurance......as of date.... they are STILL Billing wrong insurance. They cut you off and they give you no option to explain to someone what's going on. So I'd say someone does what they want and everyone gets discharged. The lady on the phone actually told me they dont make mistakes. Useless. My husband had been on pain meds for 5 years with dr k. This morning he was supposed to get his script but instead got discharged with nothing. Its malpractice at best.

Don't waste your time and money on the BioTe pellet process they offer. They fail to tell you until you're there that there are restrictions if you've had breast cancer and then give you false information in order to get you to pay for the full spectrum of pellets you've been promised. Then when you complain, write letters and make phone calls, no one returns your call. I don't know anything about Dr. Cronin - never met him or talked to him even though his assistant was supposed to talk to him and call me back.
