Vickie is a very professional caring understanding Dr, I've had many experiences with many Dr's in her field and I can't think of a single negative thing to say about her or lifestance. The whole thing is tailored to be easy and stress free and simple.

I like my psychiatrist.Atleast she is giving me some different meds cause the other meds wasn't working! I recommend her! Thank you Victoria!

The location is efficient and the staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Epperson is a top notch Psychiatrist and in particular understands the Veteran patient in a close and unique way. I highly recommend you seek your service needs from this group of provider's!

My first visit was amazing, Kay was very knowledgeable about me and my medical history, which she read and was very knowledgeable about the various medical conditions and medications that I'm taking and possibly interactions and the effects that they have on each other!!
I was also impressed with the office in Springhurst, Alan was super awesome and very helpful!!

LifeStance Health has allowed me to put my mental health first. I was able to find a provider who is a good fit for me and my needs. With virtual availability, appointments have been convenient to work into my schedule. My provider is a great listener and has done an excellent job getting me to a place where I feel less anxious, more confident, and better overall.

My son’s therapist is a kind, compassionate individual, who was available whenever we needed. Although my son doesn’t currently need her help, I know she remains available in case we need her services again. Thank you.

Their team has been very helpful. They listen and do a great job of getting you back to a healthy life. My only complaint is the phone system, they have improved since you get the office now instead of the call center. I have been to few different places and this group has been the most helpful to me so far.

The staff are very down to earth and have exceeded my expectations. I moved from a state that had excellent mental health standards. I see both a Psychiatrist and a Therapist at the Springhurst location. The only thing I would say may needs improvement is the one receptionist can take a while to get appointments scheduled and checking people in. I think it’s the computer system. She is knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this practice to my own family and friends.
