We recently relocated from Tennessee, and had the good fortune of being referred to Melissa Pawley. Melissa was eager to get to work. She was a joy to tour homes with, and had a real eye for a good long-term investment, while still taking into account how our family would actually live. She is an expert on all things Oldham County and her correspondence with the seller was prompt, and thorough.
Due to circumstances outside of our control, our contract took a little longer to close, but that did not deter her in any way.

We worked with Melissa primarily, and Joe a little bit throughout our search for our perfect house, they were both amazing! We were moving from out of state and only were able to come out for 2 days to look at houses. Prior to our arrival, Melissa worked hard to help us find houses we liked and wanted to see. Then the entire first day we were there we looked at houses with Melissa. She was so flexible on schedules, knowledgeable about areas of town, and various aspects of houses, she was amazing! The next day we had Joe show us around some houses as well. He too was very flexible, knowledgeable, and great! Neither of them made us feel pressure to offer on a house if we didn’t absolutely love it. Melissa helped us write various offers on houses, and as we continued the search after we left the area, she was more than happy to video call countless times and work with our crazy schedules to make it all work out!
