Where to begin…. The business has had some managerial changes which have been positive.
We have multiple vehicles and have purchased multiple over the past 8 years.
This is our shop and will be our only shop unless a service need arrives which requires another service.
We absolutely trust Andrew and Tracy with all of our vehicles of differing makes and engines. Andrew knows my husband expects thorough work and nothing that will endanger myself and our granddaughters.
We have never had a need to question fees as we believe we pay a fair price.
We have recommended Precision Auto to a very dear friend and he states they have a new shop as well.

Does fantastic work, honest mechanics are hard to come by now days!
Andrew is very communicative if there will be any delays, and is very punctual with when he says he will get things done.

Matt and Andrew both are excellent mechanics! I have taken all of my vehicles to their shop and with each visit they go out of thier way to make sure that what issue my vehicle was having was addressed to the fullest extent and managing to find the best price at doing so. Their customer service also far above the majority of the auto repair shops in the area, I definitely will continue utilizing their services in the future!

I was in KY to support training at Fort Knox over the summer, and had a brake issue that became noticeable when I arrived. The day I came to the shop, Ryan pulled off the vehicle he was working on and immediately made a safety inspection of my Jeep. He spent about 20 minutes talking me through the issue and ensuring I was safe to drive until my appointment. He stayed in communication the whole time, describing in detail the issues and likely sources of the problems. I could not have been more happy with both the customer service or the actual repairs. The price came in almost $75 under the estimate that he originally gave. Fantastic work and awesome customer service.

I wouldn't trust my BMW to anyone else in Hardin County. They work hard and charge a fair price, it might take a while to get you in but it's because they do good work and you can trust them.

This place was great. I will continue to use them as my go to mechanic. Thwy were help and very nice. Offered advice on other problems i was having with my car. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a good mechanic.

I took my car in thinking it had a sensor problem but it didn't. It was just a air duck that was loose, he fixed that free of charge. What a great experience I had with them. I will always take me car here.

Great work on my car. I got it in their shop when the dealership had it for two days and couldn't figure out what was wrong. They figured it out in a day and fixed it in a half a day. It was also less then then the dealership. Great work over there.

The Dale boys are the best around. Only place I go if I need any automotive work done. Lately, it's just been reading the error code for me. It's not been anything to require immediate attention but I know that when it does, Precision Automotive is the place I'll be going to for any repairs.

Excellent place to go for vehicle repairs. Reasonable prices and friendly people. I dropped my truck off at 8:00 to get a wheel hub/bearing replaced and picked it up at 10:20.

Matt was very knowledgeable and friendly. Took the time to check everything over after he fixed our repair to ensure he didnt miss anything. Did not over charge us for parts or labor. Extremely satified with service will recommend to everyone.

Andrew was very friendly and professional. Fixed my ac and checked other issues. Even added 3 quarts of oil for free bc i was low. I will be using them exclusively. Thanks Andrew!

The mechanics here are friendly, informative and honest! They are hometown boys that represent the morals that our community embodies. I won't bring my vehicle anywhere else!

Guys that work there very nice and helpful prices are good their work is good you can get a appointment quick I wouldn't take my vehicle any where else

Professional attitudes. Go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. Will explain in as much or as little detail as you want about what is going on. Try to keep their pricing fair, and they'll work with you if you'll work with them.

I tried to replace the clutch on my Audi myself and then it starts snowing so I gave up had to tow to their shop they used my parts that I already bought and gave me a far price and I can stop by asking questions and point me in the right direction and they're always right for free
