Pep Boys

I have used this pep boys location a few times for tire installation. Always received quality work at a fair price. Most recent visit will be my last, customer service was good, price has increased for less quality work. White residue left in each tire, the tpms light not reset. Will not be returning or recommending pep boys to anyone.

Called and was fitted in same day. Was initially told that I would have to return the next day for the alignment step (was super short staffed) but, when I went to pick my car up after tire installation, they were able to fit my alignment in after all. Super friendly, and when their computer malfunctioned during payment and I had to wait a long time for it to get sorted out, they offered me a very nice discount for my patience. All in all, customer excellent service, and my tires look great.

I went in for an alignment and oil change for a new used vehicle we had just purchased. They helped me identify issues and helped come up with a plan of action to get the car repaired which was preventing the alignment. I returned weeks later and they took care of the alignment in a timely manner and I will definitely return for any future work! Thank you John and the mechanics for all of your help, we will be back for tires soon!

I had a flat tire. They got me in right away and I was home a little over an hour later with a new tire. Great service

I've been getting my vehicles worked on here for about 10 years and I've never been disappointed with the service I've received.

Professional and very courteous service. Pleasant experience. Was able to resolve and repair my vehicle with ease and peace of mind.

Took my car to get tire repaired and oil changed. A huge fear of mine is to go to car places as a woman that knows nothing about cars easy for them to take advantage. Never once was I told something else was wrong didn’t try to upsell or tell me I need new tires. Price was what I was expecting to pay. Will definitely go back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful while I was getting the alignment on my cars checked. They explained what they did thoroughly and were more than willing to align my tires for me on the spot even though I just scheduled my appointment to check it out. Great group of employees, and they do good work!

Took a l car I was about to buy in for the 120 point inspection. The guys were great. It took about 90 minutes to get done but they worked me in without an appointment so really happy with that timeline. Short version, these guys found issues that would have been very expensive to repair if I had bought the car. Thanks guys - Sean, Cameron, and William were all great and Sean was awesome in helping explain things so I could understand the technical issue and the why behind its significance. 5-Stars for the crew and for pep-boys. I’m actually going to bring my other cars in just to see what I don’t know about then now!

Got there 30 minutes early and taken in early. Great service done by a great staff.

If you need tires or something else done this is the place to go, they have good prices and their very friendly!!!

I came in for a tire rotation and balance. Free! After a few minutes of waiting for the service, Damon called me into the shop. I was worried... what could be wrong and how much will it cost me?? Damon was very nice and told me that the wear on my tires was about the same all the way around and suggested I wait a few months for the tire rotation. What a relief. Great team with Kane and Damon. I'll be back!

The best customer service experience I’ve had since the Pandemic began! I rented a car in Lexington, KY to drive to Florida to visit my sister, who I’ve not seen since 2019. In Memphis Tennessee the change oil soon light appeared on the dash. I had no choice but to continue driving to Atlanta. Arrived late spent the night and the next morning found the closest Avis office and drove there. I was told they do not change oil. They referred me to Pep Boys.
I drove 45 minutes to the closest Pep Boys North of downtown Atlanta but we’re was told they could not change the oil until five that afternoon. I called three other Pep Boys and none of them could help me. So, I drove to Orlando.I called and found a Pep Boys and made an appointment for 7 AM the next day. When I arrived on Semoran Drive, there was no 7:00 am appointment. But a wonderful Assistant Mgr stepped in, listened to my story and worked me in . In 30 minutes, the oil was changed!
He had such a great attitude and I have to say it was a pleasure to do business at this location. I’m back in the car and on my way. Since I know a lot of people in Orlando, I will be referring people to this business at this location! Happily. Many thanks to Matt Judge at Semoran Blvd Pep Boys!!! Thank you, thank you!!!
