Equilibrium Personal Training

Equilibrium has made me fall back in love with fitness! I’ve trained with Kandy for over a year, and I love starting off my mornings with her workouts. All of the trainers are encouraging, flexible, and dedicated to finding the best way to help you achieve your goals. I’m always excited to come to a clean gym that isn’t crowded so that I can get the 1 on 1 attention I deserve in a workout. The Equilibrium community is amazing, and I’ve made so many connections that keep me excited to come every week. I can’t wait to keep getting stronger at Equilibrium!

As I approached my milestone 50th Birthday, I contacted Equilibrium based on friend’s recommendation. My goal was to get in shape and improve my habits and overall health. I had tried other trainers over the years, but I was never able to achieve long-lasting results. That all changed after I started working out with Kasia at Equilibrium. Without a doubt Kasia and her dedicated team at Equilibrium changed my life.
What truly sets Equilibrium apart is their personalized holistic approach. Kasia took the time to understand my fitness goals and limitations, tailoring each session to suit my unique needs. All the trainers at Equilibrium are very knowledgeable. They do not just give you a fitness plan, they help you develop healthily habits with nutritional guidance. Kasia constantly checks in with me on the days I don't train in the gym. Always making sure that I get my extra run/walk in and that I have had enough protein for the day to curb the cravings. Beyond that, Kasia has become a source of unwavering support and motivation. Thanks to Equilibrium, I am in the best shape of my life and my health has never been better.
