The assistance we received from Greg was amazing. He was able to answer all my questions. Never felt pushed to pick one phone over the other. You've got a great employee in Greg. We will definitely be back to work with Greg! 10 out of 10

Took my elderly mother to make changes on her account. We were pleasantly greeted by Luis..he went above and beyond to accommodate and explain the best option for her...GREATLY APPRECIATE his courtesy and patience....will DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! THANK YOU!

Highly recommend! When I walked in I was greeted by AJ, and he quickly helped me with my billing questions. His insightfulness helped me navigate around potential future problems, and I was in and out of the store in no time and on with the rest of my day! Very happy with my experience today!

Enrique was wondering!!! I have been trying to get a new SIM card for my grandmother who had a stroke for months. He spent lots of time on the phone and figuring out how to help me until he had finally solved my problem. Not only did he help me he made the visit to the AT&T store enjoyable. I’m would 100% suggest asking for Enrique to help you.

We worked with AJ today to get my husband’s phone working properly. He was stuck in limbo between Boost and AT&T. When I had a difficult time understanding what the customer service person at Boost was trying to do AJ willing took the call for me to get all of the necessary information. He was very patient with us and in the end got the phone working correctly. He was very pleasant and a pleasure to work with.

After visiting the Elizabethtown location, I had soured completely due to the unprofessional lack of customer service at that location. I said nothing about my previous experience when visiting the Outer Loop location. As luck would have it, Ms. Anastasia, the local manager, approached me and took care of all my issues. This was by far the best customer service experience I have had with ATT, and one of the best anywhere. She is an exemplar of how to treat customers. Thank you!

Treven Bailey helped us do all the things. We came in a little more than an hour before close needing to change our plan, add phone lines, and upgrade 2 phones. He was patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He got us out quickly without making anyone feel rushed. We had a wonderful experience at this store because of Treven!

Mrs. Val was amazing! Super friendly willing to try anything to help with getting our upgrades. There were multiple instances of disruption from other and she stayed professional and dedicated to helping up get upgrades & save us money. Super friendly.

Had a great experience. Was able to find the phone and plan I wanted. Easy set up. Super friendly staff.

Kevin was great! He helped us fix everything that the Mount Washington store messed up. Saved us from having to pay a $500 bill from charges that were put on our account without our knowledge. He also fixed our phones that weren’t working. Definitely a 10/10

We decided we wanted to see how it would be to go with AT&T, because of the issues we were having with our previous phone carrier.
The wait was a bit long, but it was well worth it! The Representative DONNA was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!
She was very, very patient, completely thorough with her answers, and very knowledgeable!!!
We went in with intentions to just buy one phone, but her Sales knowledge was thru the roof, we ended up getting not one phone but two, a tablet and the internet!!

The store manager and the lady that helped me today was amazing. However the young guy that helped me a few weeks ago was awful. He added a phone line without fully explaining it and even didn't give me the number. Plus he added a bunch of other charges. But the two today explained everything well and were excellent

Kevin was a fabulous helper for me. Just walked back in the door twice once my phone was set up and needed more help.

Kevin, was super helpful and friendly. He made sure we had everything right and taken care of. He's really good at the up-sell though. Very smooth though so it's all good!

Bryan was our sales guy today. He was very friendly and helpful today. He was not pushy at all. We really appreciate him taking his time and explaning all the different phones features so I can select the one I liked best.

Ms. Val was wonderful! The process of upgrading my phone was quick, easy and painless. She was also great with my son. She saved me money and got me a great deal! Will be coming back…highly recommend and ask for Val!

Kevin is da bomb helped my husband and I all the way through the process of transferring us to our own accounts (like real adults). He was fun and sweet and kept us laughing and having fun the whole time. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone ❤🤌🏻
