Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Everything was amazing. I like to spice my meals differently, and I don't eat most things like dairy, so it's fun when they hit the mark and then go above and beyond. Bar lady, you know who you are, keep doing an amazing job... to the chefs, great job..

Brings back fond memories of when my daughter was a little girl every time I enter Red Robin! We were seated immediately; and our server, Gerald, was quick to greet us. He took our drink orders, and allowed us time to review the menu. When I asked to alter a burger to make it one offered years ago, he was very accommodating. Both burgers were cooked to perfection! The manager, Mary Ann, was checking on tables to ensure everyone was enjoying their meals. She spent some time chatting with us, and made us feel welcome at the restaurant. She even walked a small child from another table to the hostess table to pick a balloon, and returned a happy little boy to his table! Hoping our grandchildren will visit us this Summer so we can take them - they’re both fans of kid meals at Res Robin!

Excellent burgers that includes unlimited season fries, Homemade potato chips and several other items. The burger was cooked to my specifications. Sir what is a good experience. SERVICE was over the top. My first time at this restaurant and was waited by Faith. She was excellent and on top of things. They had homemade potato chips that I had never tried and asked her if I could try a sample and within one minute they showed up at our table. They are best known for their burgers and fries. If that’s what you’re looking for in this is a great place to go. I plan on a return visit sometime soon.

Great server. Went there for my birthday burger and failed to see I needed to spend $5 for getting it and ordered a coke, which wasn't enough. My server said I could get a rootbeer float, and she wouldn't charge me for the coke.

Our server Julie was AMAZING !!! She was so friendly and helpful and so good with our kids. Food was amazing I have an allergy and they were super careful the manager brought our food out and we were visited frequently...we will be back !!!

Food was great. This place has a very customer satisfaction oriented manager I have seen in a while. She will make your visit pleasant.

What was not to love. Food. Great. Host. Awesome. Waiter. Spot on ! It was just amazing. I will be back.

The food is excellent in both quality and quantity (5🌟s), but the price u pay is VERY expensive. (1 🌟) The owner MUST lower the cost in order to get more customers.

Red Robin is a great place to Dine in with family and other events. The food is delicious and the menu is well priced. The atmosphere is also great. I would recommend Red Robin.

One of my kids favorite places to go, my favorite place to go for a fat juicy burger, and it’s conveniently located right off the Gene Snyder so quick access for me coming from La Grange!

RR is my go to for a tasty burger and beer. This location had exceptional service and friendly staff. I enjoyed my visit.

it was pretty quiet when we stopped by since it was earlier on a weekday. our server was so sweet and we didn’t have a long wait for our food! the tower of onions was shocking, in a great way, and the peach shake was so good.

Our family arrived at 5pm to a very open seating arrangement. Service was quick and efficient, the burgers were perfectly done, and the atmosphere was relaxed! We loved our visit to this location!
