Excellent team all around. From doctors to nurses to the staff that answers the phone, everyone at this office truly cares about your child's health and wellbeing. We are blessed to have our daughter in their care.

I’ve been taking my daughter here since she was born. Dr. Perez is amazing and I absolutely LOVE Kellie Wilbur the nurse practitioner!!! We see her almost every time now. The safe is always so nice and kind and understanding. I’ve seriously had an amazing experience every time I’ve been here even when my child has been sick! The entire staff here is the BEST!

Dr. Perez, Kelly and the front office staff at the Norton Children's-Poplar Level location are AMAZING! If I could give them 10 stars I would. They provide excellent care for your child and Kelly is a lactation consultant for any mommas needing help.

Twice in the last month they have not returned my calls and yesterday they were too busy too see him. He has been exposed to Covid and has symptoms!
Although the staff is nice this does not make up for the lack of care when we call.
