Very rude customer service and there’s clearly an entitlement problem going on here at this establishment ! When someone comes to do you a service like treat people with kindness and respect. Don’t talk down to them and make them feel uncomfortable. That’s the problem with these family businesses yall are rude and disrespectful !

This company is stuck in 1990 with their inability to send an electronic bill to an email. I have asked them 10 times to email my bills, as I don't get standard mail for months at a time, and they literally can not do it . Their customer service is absolutely awful too. If you're lucky enough to talk to the one sweet lady that works there then you won't know what I'm talking about, but the rest act like they couldn't care less about you or your business. I would recommend looking elsewhere for insurance as they have failed me completely.
