Commonwealth Pain Specialists

I have been going for about a year. Dr. Haney was awesome with my back injections. Staff was very professional and always got me in at my appointment time which is unusual for almost any dr.

I have been seeing this dr for over a year now, it is formally called ELIPS east louisville interventional pain specialist.
Dr. Haney recently joined another practice, called commonwealth pain specialists. I hope things will be better. I seen him today, seemed a bit more organized. It can only get better. It had really gotten bad for the last few months before he went with another group. I was very close to changing doctors, and it was so hard to get in with him because he came highly recommended. But I was ready to leave. Heres to a new start. UPDATE: so had another appointment I dont understand how a dr gets so far behind that a procedure that usually takes 1hr or less took almost 4 hours. People that arrived after me went back before me, when i questioned the desk about that i was told we take back according to appointment time, do you know people talk. I asked one patient that went back b4 me what time his appointment was his answer was 15 minutes after my appointment was. If something happenes i understand but i hate being lied to. So at this time one star will be deducted this has got to be a better transistion. I was told at the end of my procedure that he was double booked. UPDATE AGAIN: so now i have given them a couple months to get things better after joining new practice. His new nurse practioner walked out, for unknown reasons but its cool i really did not care for her better than u attitude. As for dr. Haney well if you catch him on a good day i would say u will have a pleasant visit with him. However vice versa if he has not had the best day, you will know it, he will snap at you, belittle you, and whatever. I am currently looking for a new dr. Although my last 2 procedures in which he had done before were actually done right. Before i would have 1 needle mark and a lot of pain after. Now its 4 needle marks, and pain is bearable after. The reason i know he is doing the right way now is i have seen on the internet, as well as talked to others who have had the procedures elsewhere.

I am a patient of DR Haney. I like him, however, the office is horrible!!!! I have been trying to get a hold of them for 3 days now! This is the second time I have been having issues reaching them. Last time, he receptionist told me they turn their phones off when they are busy.... GEt an answering service!!!!!
