J.Crew

I've always had good experiences at this J. Crew, particularly for a store that is not huge. Staff are present but not overbearing, and they are generally knowledgeable about the product line. Good selection for a store its size, and there are usually some good deals to be had in the discounted section in the rear of the store.

Fantastic selection for a non-flagship JCrew location. Men’s section was well kept and seasonal transition was already occurring. Associates were helpful and not overbearing. It’s an older store that I’ve seen get somewhat messy but not during my recent visits. I will always enjoy the JCrew brand!

Went on a Saturday and felt the service and store presentation was slightly lacking. We were never confronted and asked if we needed any additional service or help. Along with this, the store seemed slightly "messy" with piles of unfolded clothes sitting on top of merchandise I wanted to check out.

Went today to return something that was gifted to me. I had everything with me including the receipt, but when I asked for cash instead of a gift card the manager rudely said "absolutely not".
