Great shopping experience! I'm very impressed with the clothes, especially the jeans! I cam see myself and my wife seeing them for more wardrobe updates soon!

REALLY pleasant, really helpful all without hovering or abandoning you in the fitting room when you need assistance or have questions. Truly a delicate balance to strike these days. Top-notch service. I have been to several Madewells (mostly in Seattle area) and this has now been my best experience of all time. A+

I had a fantastic shopping experience here! The employees were super helpful without overly hovering, and they were relaxed while still being professional. I was about to ask whether they ever have sales but I never had to because Sarah told me about a deal they had when you recycle old jeans! Very pleased about her going out of her way to tell me that. Plus the jeans are amazing.

A very knowledgeable, lovely person with glasses, and light brownish, slightly curly hair helped me return a pair of jeans and reorder a pair in the correct size. Everyone who works there is very kind. Great service.

Madewell is everything you’ve wanted in jeans across body type and style. Plus, all the clothes are cute, fun, practical, and/or trendy. This store is always well kept, friendly, and stocked. The sales people want to help you but aren’t too pushy....but if you want some advice or help, definitely ask because they know their stuff.

The employees at this store go above and beyond every time I go in there. Today a pair of my Madewell jeans ripped and they could not have been more accommodating! It is extremely refreshing to know good customer service is not something of the past! Keep up the amazing work Plaza Frontenac Madewell!!

Great experience..such a nice group of ladies. I must say I haven't always the best experience here ...but today was so pleasant. The girls answered my questions, made suggestions and made me feel welcomed. I will definitely go back. OH...and I love my 10 inch tencil button fly jeans
