Ever been taken care of so well where you feel like you are being hosted by a family member? Well thats my experience! Nancy is the best salesperson ever. You never feel like she is pushy, you feel comfortable with her opinion, advice and care that she takes with you. In using others you almost just feel like another customer. If Nancy isn't present I feel like I should wait for her to come back before I make my purchase so I get an experience!

I bought a outfit for my grandson at the Off Saks in Dallas over the holiday and they left the monitor on it. I came home went to Frontenac Saks to get it taken off. This wonder pleasant lady named Mrs. Pat took it off for me. She was very nice. Then I went to the Bond No. 9 store and another wonder knowledgeable lady who knows all the note's off the top of her head by the name of Mrs. Carolyn helped me and my family there. My Stl experience was 10xs better than the Dallas one because they had me to email them the problem that they created and I still haven't heard back from them. No sorry no I apologize nothing. The lady's in Saint Louis made it right though.

Chloe in Gucci was amazing. I called ahead. Said I might drop in the next day but decided to go same day. She already had my items pulled and ready. I was on my way to work and the transaction was fast simple and she even picked the perfect size belt for me. All love!

I love this store! Everyone is so kind and they have a really great collection of fabulous things. I love Dixie in the Chanel boutique and Joy in shoes is a blast to shop with! My husband and I are "regulars" and are always greeted with friendly hello's!

I went into to purchase eyeliner. Joann in Chanel was fabulous. Very informative, professional, and I purchased exactly what I needed.

I bought my first pair of Manolo Blahnik's online but turned out they didn't fit. I was very nervous about going into a high end store to get them exchanged. However the associates where EXTREMELY helpful and absolutely friendly. I will come again when I purchase my first pair of Pradas.

This is a great store with very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I have moved to New England and I still do all my purchases at this St. Louis store because of the helpfulness of the staff particularly Kelly Demond..... she is super and embodies what a customer service person should be.
