Love this location!! It's my go to for quality shoes for my kiddos at an affordable price. The store is always neat and clean, and the Customer Service Reps are friendly and very helpful. Thank u ladies for another wonderful trip to one of my favorite shoe stores😍😘

This store had the shoes I wanted, but not in my size. The assistant manager (Gail) was very friendly and helpful by ordering the shoes I wanted in my size and shipping them to my home.

I can't ever go in this store to window shop or just buy one pair especially since they have but one get one half off. Love the employees at this location a well super nice an welling to help find exactly the style you like.

The best customer service Ever , the manager Kathy is the sweetest lady needed help finding shoe for my grandkids and she was the best can’t wait until the store reopens for business will not go no other place but the rack room out Valley station right around the corner from the one on Hurstbourne and will not go in there for nothing when I got out to the Dixie store they will give you the best customer service ever thanks you guys rock
