I’ve never had a massage at Z Salon, and having won a significant gift certificate there. I was ready for a great experience. I was not disappointed! Staff greeted me, signed me in, gave me a tour, and let me know the schedule. The massage was exceptional! Masseuse balanced, very well quiet meditative time during the massage with questions about the experience. Afterwords could shower in an elegant shower area; did not make use of the sauna as I was short on time. Relaxation room would’ve also been a great experience but again I was short on time. Highly recommended this fabulous place for a great personal recharge experience.

They were able to squeeze me in with only a couple of days notice. Savannah was very attentive and could read me well (low maintenance and dressy need) and did a wonderful job-skilled and tasteful-very pleased -as well as easy conversation.
One recommendation is to get a more comfortable chair for make overs. My back hurt afterwards

I had the best experience yesterday. I’ve been seeing Val for color for years. She is always so professional and personable. She listens to you and gives realistic expectations. Yesterday, I was offered a complimentary blow out since two new stylists are training. Vanessa did the best job. She gave me the best bouncy curls and asked great questions on how I like my hair. We even did a little photo shoot with a ring light after. I’ve been a guest since 2007, and I won’t go anywhere else.

Anastasia is amazing! She is very thorough listening to how you would like your hair cut. As a mom who doesn’t take much time for myself, I appreciate that she doesn’t rush through the experience to get to the next guest.

It was a very relaxing visit ! The staff from when I entered was accommodating, taking time to tour me around as it was my first time. Leslie is awesome! Her voice made me feel so relaxed. She took time to ask me if there was a particular area I want to concentrate on. I do have problems with my right shoulder and she made sure she massaged it with extra care. I love everything about my visit!

The whole journey was fantastic. The steam room, sauna, meditation room and locker room were clean, quiet and perfectly controlled. My facial, Dermaplane and massage were very professionally executed. Impressed and can’t wait for the next visit.

Absolutely amazing! Kayleigh at check in was the sweetest and so welcoming with it being my first time. Leslie, can’t even say enough about her. First Prenatal Massage I’ve ever had and totally exceeded my expectation and I left there feeling SO good and in less pain. Slept like a baby last night too! Phenomenal, thank you Leslie! Maribeth at check out was just as sweet. Highly recommend!

Ray was the best! I love my hair color so much! I went in not knowing what to do with it and she told me all of my options and gave me a price run down and I’m super super happy with the results. I got a balayage with two toner lifts and an eyebrow tint for under $200!

This was my first visit to Z Salon & I was very impressed! From the moment I walked through the door they attended to all my needs. The facility is so clean & decorated beautifully. All the employees were so friendly & helpful. I got a facial by Bryce & she did a fabulous job. She was so easy to talk to & explained throughout the whole process what she was putting on my skin & its purpose. My facial lasted for about 45 minutes & I was so relaxed I didn’t want to leave. My experience was lovely & I enjoyed every moment. Thank you Z Salon I will definitely be back!!

I had a great experience with Brandi for a facial. She was friendly and kind and made the environment comfortable and relaxing. The spa was overall very clean and had a calming atmosphere. All team members that I spoke to or even passed in the hallway were very friendly. I will be returning!

Alexa was awesome! I loved my hair and she was super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Made me feel comfortable and was so nice! Plus the front desk staff was very nice trying to figure out my issue with my gift card. I appreciated their patience.

I felt like Queen for the day. From the moment they opened the door for me until I leisurely floated out the door. Every one was so professional and attentive. I had a perfect massage from Russell. He seemed to know exactly what I needed. I highly recommend him. Can’t wait until my next visit total relaxation thanks for making my day a memorable experience 😌

This was my first time visiting the spa, and everything was amazing! The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful, and the fact that they don't do commission means nobody was pressuring me to buy stuff. The best spa experience I've had in Louisville, can't wait to go back!

I had the greatest massage of my life! It was enjoyable and well-Needed !!! Julie is a fantastic masseuse!!! Very thorough and I felt so relaxed !! She went deep into my muscles and helped get rid of a lot of my knots and stress! She is very professional and picked out perfect items for me to purchase that I bought for myself to use at home ! I made another 90 minute massage and can not wait to return!!! I will come earlier to use the sauna and steam room !! Enjoyed the tea immensely !! i slept like a baby ! Loved MaryBeth Marlin and she was of great service!! What an AWESOME Z-Salon experience!!! A 5 ⭐

I had a great experience at the Z spa! Russell was my massage therapist. He was fabulous & made sure I was comfortable & relax with the therapy. I had so much tightness & tension in my entire body; especially my right shoulder. My body felt much better after the session. I highly recommend him. 😊

I was greeted and helped right away by a young woman with a lovely smile. I'd barely sat down when Che called me back. He was friendly and professional. I showed him a picture, and he understood immediately what I wanted. I absolutely love my haircut!

I love the special attention I get as soon as I walk in the door. My stylist Sydney is so attentive to my needs as well, always making sure we’re on the right path with my hair. I love the mini massages and the tea that come with my appointment!

What can I say, simply stellar service. Brandon is a gem. He is innovative and talented, made me feel at home and delivered great work!
