Our salesperson, Laura, was very professional and knowledgeable. She knew her furniture and was very helpful with helping us find exactly what we wanted. We were able to find everything we needed. We couldn't be more happy with our new living room and dining room sets. We'll definitely be back.

William was amazing to work with! He was patient and answered all our questions. Shipping for our new custom built home can be stressful but he made our experience pleasant. Chris was also great to work with and really helped us out with design!

Sales person was very helpful. He did a great job giving us the space too look around and discuss amongst ourselves what we liked and disliked, but he was always close enough to be able to answer questions and provide information about the pieces that we were looking at.

The in-store designer was able to create a 2D model of our room and the potential pieces of furniture so that we could really visualize the space utilization.

The sale professional, Kay, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, making the selection process a breeze. she gave me all the time and attention I needed for a larger purchase such as this and never once tried to pressure me or made me feel rushed. It was a perfect experience. The entire purchasing process was seamless, and the delivery team was prompt and professional, going above and beyond. Yvonne was extremely helpful and really tried to understand my vision of what I wanted in style of furniture. They also offer design assistance and will come out and measure your space to insure what you chose will fit the room properly

If I’m buying furniture in person, I’m coming here. The consultant I worked with, Kay, was a dream come true. I needed a few pieces, and was a little overwhelmed but she cleared through all the noise. It was obvious she LOVES what she does and went above and beyond every time I came into the store: checking inventory, moving pieces and fabrics, studied how I interacted with the furniture. It was nice to have someone who KNOWS, help me work the options. I’m so appreciative - she made this piece of my move such a delight.

She was able to help me choose the right colors, and to figure out an arrangement that would work best in my small house. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Havertys. Love our furniture from Havertys! Specifically, we appreciated working with Larry. He is an excellent sales representative. He secured our trust and confidence from day one and he is the reason why we keep coming back to Havertys for all our home furniture needs. We appreciate his non-pushy approach. It's hard to find that in furniture stores these days - it often feels like you're being pushed, rushed and talked at the entire time at other places. We appreciate the balance that Larry strikes when working with customers: he listens, he's patient, he gives the customer space and time to reflect by leaving them alone for a while but then circles back to check in for questions. He has excellent communication skills and his demeanor puts people at ease. Havertys has been a great experience all around - great customer service, quality furniture and the best return policy in town. (If you decide within 3 days of delivery that your piece just doesn't go with the room you planned it for, you can get your money back! No other furniture store we've visited in Louisville gives that kind of peace of mind!)

Laura is the most wonderful salesperson I’ve ever worked with in the furniture industry. She was patient, never tried to tell me what to buy but offered suggestion if asked. Brought in my color samples and when I “found” the fabric I could tell she agreed just by her reactions. I would give any of my friends and relatives a referral to see Laura!!
