Louisville Bowspring

As a connoisseur of all things active, I am most intrigued by the practice of BowSpring. One class and I became acutely aware that this is Self- Chiropractic-such a Blessing!

Those aches and pains that never seemed to be relieved, are gone now...after one class. I returned with two more interested athletes, they too joined the 8 class special. Awesome on numerous fronts...
1) I realized my type of stretching confirms that I don't know everything about energy flow and opening up; 2) My heart and lungs feel clearer as I'm not so tight; 3) I need to continue with BowSpring and turn others on to the possibilities..

The Instructors were well versed and very helpful for all participants.
