Pegasus Transportation

Pegasus is hands down the best transportation company in Louisville! We have been using them for the past two years and we will continue to use their services. Our driver Larry was so professional, friendly, punctual and awesome to work with. Stephanie and Sasha helped book our reservations and they were extremely flexible and understanding of our last minute changes to our schedule. I highly recommend this company!

This was one of the best transportation services we have ever used! Phillip Johnson, our driver, was absolutely hospitable in every aspect! He not only kept us on time but went out of his way to share some of the local spots, history and even let us make a quick stop at the gas station to grab some things we forgot. Oh, did I mention he even took pictures for us? It was an amazing experience and when we book again, we will as for Phillip! Top Notch!!!

We had the best experience with Pegasus! We used them for our bridal party in a limo bus, shuttle for late night guests, and a getaway car. Clear communication along the way and wonderful drivers and vehicles!! Our drivers were Ron "Lucky", Bruce and Mijakayla.

We got a great bus driver Tony who took us around on the Bourbon Classic Media Bus he was great!!

Sadie was awesome. We booked her for the day to tour Louisville. Is was a great day. She accommodated all of our requests. She was very knowledgeable and sweet. She joined us for dinner as well. A Great Day!

Phillip was awesome and made our tour even better.

This company goes above and beyond. I have never experienced such phenomenal service as such. We experienced the situation and needed assistance and transportation. Went above and beyond to make sure that we were safe and secure. This is not just a company but a family. You feel that as soon as you are talking to them on the phone

Always a place to park.. has a shower and laundry a decent snack station and coffee. What else ya need?

The managment and staff are very easy to work with! We really like our driver manager!! We get great miles, on a great run!! If you want job security this is a great company to work for!!

Duh, they sign my paycheck so I like them! Seriously, they keep us drivers moving with good loads and miles. If you take your job seriously, they take you seriously and everybody wins.

I've been with Pegasus going on 17 years. I've help start new accounts I've helped save old accounts. I've asked questions and have always gotten answers. As in any company there have been those times when I've gotten upset and mad but I've always talked with upper management and resolved the problem. I love my company I love the run I have I plan on retiring from here.

Pegasus/CRST is very much open and in Business , I should know I worked for that unit years ago. It's now under the umbrella of CRST
