The Managers at this store helped us switch from Verizon so easily and gave us an awesome deal! We wish we had switched a long time ago!!! Brad and Zach the managers helped us figure we out our needs, and Manny, our salesperson was the best! We were easier there for about 3 hours and they took care of us. They turned the AC down for us cause it was a hot day, and even gave my husband a free T shirt! Excellent service!

Had issues with a week old phone that I purchased form the store at 6661 Dixie Highway. They refused to help and would not let me talk to the manager there. Not to mention the racism I had to put up with there.

Went into this location explained everthing that had went on. They knew that they were not going to make a cent off of me but went above and beyond trying to help me. This is what customer service is about. not being called a Stupid Old White Boy like at the dixie store. Even being the distance away from my home that they are, it is worth being treated like a person.

My store rep Conner was very helpful along with I think Logan Conner walked me through step by step the process of getting a new phone he also helped me get the best deals all the while being friendly patient with me when explaining and had great conversation and Logan helped me find out why I should switch to atat fiber optic Wi-Fi and tv systems and showed me why it was so much better than spectrum I was in with a broken phone and out with a new one and new internet and tv system in 20 minutes, Great Service!

Great customer service, very knowledgeable and so welcoming. I had a gal named Valerie help me the other day - she knew everything under the Sun to help me with my issue and getting a new phone. Every employee in the store seemed like they were having fun and truly love their job. Highly recommend!

Associates were moving customers through fairly quickly. Gone are the days of it taking an hour to get through upgrading a phone. I noticed their computer access tablets moved a lot faster than in recent years. Associates were helpful and friendly.

Outstanding customer service for a technical question resolved in minutes! Even though they had a busy store, the team at this store had 4 people within minutes collectively trying to resolve my issue. Special props to Anastasia and Joe for their professionalism, prompt attention and superior product knowledge in quickly solving my issue.

Jon and Joe both spent maximum efforts on resolving issues with personal and business accounts. They gave me information pertaining to devices, upgrades and made tech recommendations. They were both pleasant to work with and I appreciated their time and efforts. Would definitely deal with either of these gentlemen again.

Jenni went out of her way to help me pick out the perfect iPhone upgrade. She found a couple of duplicate items on my bill and fixed that, set up my new phone, assisted with accessories….. AND, she went through the trade in process on my old iPhone 8, that had a terribly cracked screen, and I qualified! Her attentiveness to me, in a very busy store, is very appreciated! Jenni is great!

Valery was just awesome - very professional and knowledgeable. She took such great care in helping me to upgrade my phone and also my Wifi and TV service - and also explaining everything in detail and setting up my new phone - and I am so grateful! She is very personable and a joy to work with and I can highly recommend her and AT&T!

If you come to this location ask for Valerie. She was the definition of great customer service, someone give this woman a raise!!!!! We switched from Verizon to AT&T and she was up front and honest about everything. She made sure to figure out the best ways to save us money, all while not making the process too complicated. Even after a co-worker failed to show up, she remained calm and positive.

Manny is great! He was super helpful with my husband and I upgrading our new phones. He was very informative, super easy going and made mine and my husbands experience getting our new phones great! We appreciated the customer service at this location!
