We have been buying cars from JC for over 7 years now. This is a Buy Here-Pay Here Lot with reasonable down payments and weekly payments. He does NOT charge interest on his cars & trucks. The price he quotes you is the price you pay. The mark-up is already figured in and he doesn't hit you again with interest too. They are good people trying to help good people. His daughter has recently taken over the management of the car lot. Don't underestimate this lady because she knows what she is doing....... she is a race car driver! She will give you a run for your money! LOL She has brought in New Inventory....cars, trucks, SUVs, and sports cars. She will get you a good vehicle for a good price.

The one star is granted because the business offers on the lot repairs and an easy purchasing process. As far as customer service, I would not recommend this lot to ANYONE. We have had issues every week since purchasing our vehicle and have only had the car for a month. As paying customers we have the right to know what issues our vehicle possess, especially when making payments. The owner is very arrogant and gives us little information once confronted about repairs even after having a second opinion on the vehicle. Basically, we were sold a lemon fixed up just enough to get the vehicle off the lot. Though we purchased a used vehicle, there is no way over $1,400 in repairs should have been put into a car that we just purchased. That doesn't even include the first car payment! I do not recommend doing business with JC Motors.

Pulled in to look at cars and a lady ran out shaking her finger at us, motioning for us to leave. There is nowhere to turn around and she glared at me the entire time I was backing up to leave. Will be taking my money elsewhere as first impressions are important

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Must be new management.
