Tried to fix my car that is unfixable (I'll be trading it in) and didn't charge a diagnostic fee because of this. Really appreciated that. I'll be back with any of my future cars. Also there is a very cute office dog.

This review could be a very lengthy one, but I will save many of the specific details. After getting a diagnosis for a really expensive repair from a dealership (engine or cylinder head replacement), I decided to get a second opinion from Don and his team at ADRC. I wasn't 100% sure that I wanted to incur more costs just to get a second opinion, but I felt like I had no other choice and sent my car to Don to have a look. I'm very glad that I did so (the dealership should be as well).

Due to ADRC's fantastic work and troubleshooting, we were able to find the real underlying cause of our car's overheating issue (did not require an engine or cylinder head replacement).

Don and his team will treat your vehicle as if it were their own. Additionally, Don has never hesitated to spend time talking through things with me so that I clearly understand everything. He doesn't just want to help, he's actually eager to do it. Thanks Don for everything!!!

Just called a few minutes ago about deer damage to my altima, and they let me know that they were not a body shop and pointed me to a reputable body shop to help with my situation. Very appreciative of the information that provided and how politely they provided it as well.

I was here about a month ago with a car my 16 year old was wanting to buy… thank goodness I decided to have the diagnostic ran before purchase! Don was awesome and very honest with the potential issues and extra money this car was going to cost us! He definitely saved me a lot of money and headache! Just recently brought my mustang and had suspension work done, don and his team took the up most care as if it were their own and did a superb job. Every time I have brought my vehicle it has been the same treatment, there's no run around with these guys and it feels good to be able to trust a business the way I can with these guys. Ask for Don when you're in, excellent individual and runs an awesome staff!

Refuse to take either of our vehicles (Silverado & 4Runner) to anyone else in the Louisville Area. Honest, trustworthy and excellent customer service. Helped me address a possible warranty issue with a dealer on one vehicle and didn't even charge me for diagnosing after realizing it should be covered. I would have saved over $1K if I would have taken my truck to them earlier due to a misdiagnosis by numerous other shops. Excellent work at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I was in from out of town when my radiator blew. Went to these guys and was blown away by their service!

First off, it was a Friday and when I told them I was only in from out of town for a few days (they’re closed on weekends) they jumped through hoops to get me fixed up that day.

Not only that, Shae drove me in his personal car up to the nearest outlet mall to grab some food while I waited.

These guys are fantastic. My car was fixed and running great within a few hours at a fair price and I was ABSOLUTELY blown away by their customer service. They treated me this well knowing I was in from out of town and probably would never be back.

First off, the level of expertise at this shop is second to none. Hands down.
I brought my Honda in for routine maintenance, I was contacted in a timely and courteous fashion.
Don was by far the most pleasurable shop owner/ operator that I have ever come across.
Pricing was fair and they even cleaned my car!!

Have been to them for two cars. Their knowledge of various mechanical issues is huge. I took my first car in for a second opinion and was super impressed with the level of honesty. Oh, I didn't need what the chain store said I did. At least not yet (30,000 miles ago)!

We just started using Auto Diagnostics for our Fleet vans, and even our personal vehicles because we like them so much! Quality service, QUICK at getting your car done. Usually everything is done same day, in a very fast time frame. We have no complaints.

I had no experience with ADRC prior to a few days ago and I could not be more pleased with their service. They were courteous, professional, fair, and timely. I had no idea what to expect, but they were stellar in every aspect. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their automobile serviced. I most certainly will be utilizing them in the future.

Excellent shop. First the staff are friendly and very helpful, and the whole shop was really clean. They are also very reasonably priced and check through everything thoroughly to make sure they are repairing the right thing and not overcharging you for something that doesn't actually need to be repaired. Like another reviewer said they didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need and my final cost was actually LOWER then what they quoted to me at the beginning! On top of everything else the repairs I had done were performed very fast, they used quality parts and overall did a great job. I would seriously recommend these guys to anyone I know and if I have car troubles again this is where I am heading back to.
