I just had the best experience with Burdorf Interiors. I recently downsized to a condo from a larger home. I have been looking for a small kitchen set to replace my larger table. After searching multiple stores to no avail, I walked into Burdorf's. I was genuinely greeted by Antoine McCollum. I told him what I needed & he directed me to the perfect kitchen set. Knowing that I was a motivated buyer, he even offered to ask his manager for a discounted price. Joe Plunkett not only discounted the price, but offered to deliver it that same day! Since I needed to make arrangements fir my larger table to be moved, he offered to hold the set until I was ready for it. Antoine & Joe were so gracious & accommodating. Customer service & satisfaction are top priority with them. If you have not visited Burdorf Interiors lately, please do. You will not be disappointed! I know I will be back!

Burdorf has knowledgeable salespeople who take a genuine interest in your thoughts. Our saleswoman went out of her way to look through multiple catalogs to help us find the perfect piece of furniture. 5 Stars all the way!— Jeff G.

The staff here was really friendly and helpful. The furniture is nice. More modern than a lot of others. Their prices are higher than places like value city or the warehouse type of places, but I think maybe you're getting a different product than you might at those stores. They have lots of styles and customizable options. The wait times from some manufacturers is pretty long. So plan in advance!

Enjoyed the showroom and our Salesperson, Kimberly. She did a great job getting us around the store and taking us straight to pieces she knew we were looking for. Her patience with us was wonderful. She allowed us as much time as we needed to work out our thoughts and ideas. So glad we went there!

I continue to have an awesome experience with the staff at Burdorf. This particular visit, I had the pleasure of working with Kimberly C She was very pleasant and assisted me by sharing helpful information. I was purchasing accessories to place above my kitchen cabinets and had selected tall items. Kimberly made me aware that because of the size, they wouldn't work. This prevented me from making an unnecessary purchase. Instead, I was able to identify alternatives. She is a keeper.

I also went into the store today for an exchange and the manager Mandy assisted me. She was such a joy to engage with. Also a keeper!

Had a great experience with, Kevin Valllance Designer/Sales Consultant. Kevin is very helpful and friendly. After asking a few questions and listening to what I was looking for he took me right to the couch my husband Rick and I ended up purchasing. I took home a couple fabric swatches and came back a few days later and Kevin helped us pick a custom look for our living room that we feel comfortable with. There were so many choices that without his help we’d have never been able to figure it out on our own, but Kevin made it easy!! I would highly recommend checking out Burdorf Interiors if you’re in the market for redecorating! Thank you, Kevin!!!

We were impressed immediately that our salesperson (Kevin) listened to what we were looking for. He showed us a few things, educated us about the brands, and explained anything we had questions about. His low pressure style was much appreciated, because we never make a decision quickly, so high pressure is a huge turn-off. I believe he genuinely wanted us to be happy with a purchase and seemed more concerned with that than about just making the sale. We will definitely be back and will recommend this place to anyone!

Marvin Dyer and Burdorf is the place to go for amazing furniture with amazing service. It was such a great experience and with Marvin’s expertise and Burdorf’s variety of furniture you can take off the floor, I furnished several rooms in my house and it’s stunning. Marvin helped me with pillows, blankets, rugs and pictures and we did it all in an evening. I can’t say enough great things about my experience. I will be shopping at Burdorf first!

Kimberly was awesome! She was very in tune with what style I was seeking. Gave me time to look and didn’t hover in or around my space. Quality of the product is extremely well built. Definitely using this store and it was refreshing to find a place to shop that has great service, great quality and affordable prices!!

We loved our sales consultant Kiersten. She was very patient with us and worked with us to find what we were looking for. We even questioned our purchase and she came to our home to give us ideas to complete our room. She is still working with us to help complete the look of our kitchen dining area. We were looking for specific pieces to complete our home and the team was able to find those pieces at great quality and price. Our salesman mike was great and understood our budget! Velma was fantastic in helping with some last minute changes. The delivery team was quick and courteous. Highly recommend.

Great online services, I was able to ask questions through their text service including price matching. We had a horrible experience where we ordered online a curio cabinet from a different company and it arrived with the glass shattered. Burdorf reasonably matched the price of the other company and was very responsive. This time we will pay the extra to have Burdorf assemble and deliver with the great quality and service they guarantee.

Excellent customer service. Kathy helped us get what we needed for a great price, wonderful quality and a quick delivery. Great location with a nice selection of fine furnishings from everything from mattresses, outdoor furniture, lamps and more. Burdorf’s has been around for years and has the best customer service of any local establishment!!! Thanks again Kathy, we will be back.

Kevin was wonderful in answering my questions and in giving me the time to look around . He checked back with me to see how I was doing and if he could be of any help. I’m bringing my husband back tomorrow to make our purchase. There are so many choices and so many options. We had shopped there many times prior and Kathy has been terrific also. We are looking forward to seeing Kevin tomorrow and making our decisions!

Beautiful selection of items for the whole home with a lot of customizable options for couches and other furniture. Staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. We found a great deal on a couch in the close out area and the delivery fee was totally reasonable. Will be returning in the future to look at everything from Adirondack chairs to kitchen tables to decorative wall pieces.

We need a specific piece of furniture. Couldn't find a quality, well built piece anywhere. Kim, showed us several option with no pressure!!! The showroom was clean, well organized and plenty of room to walk around. I will definitely go back.

Our salesman, Kevin, was fabulous! As well as the guys that loaded my coffee table in my car. I ended up buying more than I had planned today because the furniture was wonderful quality at great prices. Highly recommend this business. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing buying experience! Chandra was great to deal with and made sure my items were to my home on the date promised. They went above and beyond to help me get what I wanted By the date needed. They have forever earned my business!

In early October, my husband and I worked with Kiersten to order a sectional, ottoman, and rug. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I say patient, because we came back three days in a row with various questions and to look at fabric choices before we made our decision! Kiersten never made us feel rushed and gave us multiple options that fit within our price point. Having five pets, she also helped us pick materials that would hold up well. (And the stellar pet insurance is a welcomed plus we appreciated!) Our couch got delivered today and it looks amazing! We definitely recommend Burdorf's and Kiersten!
