Molly Monkey Kid Furniture has great customer service. Our 11 year old could not make up her mind and we spent two hours in the store trying to make the best choice. Wendy was very patient and explained all options. The ordering process was easy. Delivery outside of service area is an option for a minimal fee. It came within a very reasonable timeframe, two weeks max. The delivery people were communicative and prompt. Installation is available too for a fee. The install people were respectful and fast. The warehouse did leave our handrail off the order and Wendy responded promptly, got the part and sent the guys back out to install it. It all happened very quickly. Ordering from Molly Monkey Kid Furniture was a great experience!

Me and my wife live at least 9 hours away in West Virginia. We were in town visiting family and just wanted to look around at nursery furniture because we are expecting. We stumbled upon this small business. Leading up to this we had been to a lot of the big name brand places like Buy Buy Baby and had horrible experiences and they had really steep prices.

That being said we were astounded by the collection Molly Monkey had to offer. They had amazing customer service and were extremely helpful. We went in just looking and loved the atmosphere so much we ended up purchasing a complete furniture set for our nursery. The staff were very informative and did not try to push us to buy which we thought was very respectful.

Their prices were also shocking. The set we bought was retailed at almost 4k but it was on sale and we bought it for almost half that. The set came with a gorgeous crib, chest of drawers, chifforobe, changing tray and changing pad. Everything was nicely packaged and pre assembled. There was no damage to anything once we got it home and set up.

Needless to say we walked away very happy and satisfied with our purchase. I recommend anyone if you are considering buying furniture or anything baby related to not waste your time with the larger companies. Me and my wife will happily drive all the way back to Louisville, KY to visit Molly Monkey Furniture for any of our future needs.

There are not a ton of places that you can go and look at baby furniture in person. Molly Monkeys has a nice selection of cribs and dressers, friendly people, and delivery was easy to set up. Very thankful it is in louisville. Furniture is beautiful and I would definitely purchase furniture from here again.

The staff was wonderful to work with. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. The online furniture options were overwhelming, so it was great to be able to see so many items/brands in person. We ordered a dresser, crib, mattress and recliner/glider for our nursery. Our order was timely, and it was so convenient to have the option for delivery and assembly. So glad we decided to visit the store. Highly recommend!

Very professional and helpful. They were so quick and efficient. They even helped me finish taking down my babies crib in order to get the new bunk beds in the room. Will definitely be back. Plus my kids are loving their new beds.

Molly monkey was so helpful throughout the entire process!! They have a huge selection + helped us customize exactly everything we wanted. I absolutely love this store! We drove an hour one way to come here; and to say I we impressed is an under statement! My girl choose a bunk bed and the man was very helpful informing us of the deals they had! We bought a bunk bed; mattresses;dresser and nightstand. All which ended up being easy to assemble! Definitely recommend!

We just bought our 3rd glider from here for our second baby. Molly Monkey has an awesome selection, friendly staff, and best of all, we were able to take the glider home the same day. Other places in town told us they didn’t have any gliders in stock and would have to order. They also have a beautiful selection of cribs and dressers! Highly recommend this local business!

We love Molly Monkey! We have got all of our bedding for our kids there. Our oldest son’s crib is now in a full size with them offering the 4 in 1 cribs. They offered the book shelf and dresser to match. Best customer service and the deals are awesome! Will be going back for our youngest.

My husband and I recently visited Molly Monkey Furniture. We fell in love with two of their nursery sets and couldn’t decide which one we wanted to go with. After talking with the owner, he was very informative about both sets which made the process easier with deciding. We never felt pressured into buying anything. They never made us feel like we had to walk out with something.

The one we decided to go with they had in stock which made our lives 10x easier living far away. After we got it home the only thing we had to put together was the crib. The rest was already assembled. I’m so glad we stumbled upon this small business and will definitely be coming back when our kids are older.

We love Molly Monkey! This is our second time buying from them and both times we have been impressed. They have good quality kid furniture and a good variety. My son absolutely loves his new bunk bed! Great customer service and very responsive to messages and calls. They also had a very quick delivery turn-around. Great experience all around!

Molly money was fantastic! They had a very good selection. I really liked the fact that we were able to see our nursery furniture in person and not just randomly buying from the internet.

This is a very customer oriented store. We unknowingly arrived at the store 30 minutes before it was scheduled to open, but they went ahead and opened the store to let us in. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Extremely easy to work with. Even allowing us to come pick up the crib we purchased at a later date.

We purchased a crib, crib mattress, changing pad, and recliner from Molly Monkey for our nursery. All are excellent quality, but I have to shout out the recliner and crib mattress especially. I have spent HOURS in this chair already, and it is so comfortable! The fabric has also been easy to clean. The crib mattress offers piece of mind knowing that it was created in a way that minimizes the chances of my son suffocating if he were to roll over on it. The selection in-store is expansive. We worked with Wendy, Chris, Chris, and Gabe throughout our buying process, and all were fantastic! They were patient, friendly, and informative about current safety standards, as well as knowledgeable about products and accessories that met our needs and preferences. Additionally, we would prefer to support locally owned businesses when we can, and they are a local family owned and operated business. I would highly recommend them to any parents (or guardians/grandparents) who may be looking for furniture for their little one!

Came to the store to test out gliders and met very helpful salespeople. Ordered online and received my nursery glider faster than anticipated. Molly Monkey kept me updated on delivery and I’m happy with my purchase.

I ordered a mattress at 6am and it was on my porch by noon that same day! The driver texted to let me know he was on the way and then sent a picture confirmation of delivery. Unfortunately, I messed up and ordered the incorrect size…..but Molly Monkey’s said “no problem” and scheduled a new date to pick up the old mattress and deliver the new one. Excellent customer service! I will absolutely purchase from them again!

Molly Monkey sure delivered! We needed a bunk bed for an upcoming sleepover, I called Molly Monkey on Wednesday to see if they had anything in stock, they did, we went in and the customer service was EXCELLENT! Not only did they have what we wanted, they also white glove delivered and installed the very next day, which was just in time for the slumber party on Friday. Highly recommend Molly Monkey!

We have been reoccurring customers for the past 6 years. Our boys love their matrix beds and we love that there is so many possibilities to add to the beds with the growing of the boys.
