Marsha and her team are THE best design team in Louisville hands down. They have years of experience and were able to help bring our interior ideas to life. I would recommend Tassels to anyone and wouldn’t shop for fabrics or furniture anywhere else

Marsha helped me decorate my new construction home in Norton Commons...she helped our “vacation theme “ home to come a realization. She is so nice and knowledgeable...and definitely fun to work with...also I have purchased many lovely gifts for friends and family from her shop

I saw some beautiful sconce lights in their homerama home and came in the very next day to order them for my home I will be building in the next year as well as to look at their wallpaper selection. I wasn't acknowledged at all by two associates who were ten feet away having their own conversation and had to walk up to the man and ask if he worked there. I asked him about the lights and he walked off and never came back and when I figured out where he was he was having a whole conversation about something unrelated to the lights with someone else in the back.

We are building a new home and thought I’d give Tassels a try. We are interested in fabrics for drapes, pillows etc... plus furniture for the new home. No one greeted us. No one helped us. We had to search for someone to assist us. Finally a very nice woman helped us with fabric books, and I was able to take two books home to look through. On returning the books. I had selected a fabric which was perfect for my drapes in dining room, great room and the cafe of the new home. So naturally I wanted a sample to use for furniture selections. There was no offer of a swatch of the fabric so I decided to buy a yard of fabric to use for complimentary fabrics. It was $38.00 a yard. The woman at the counter rang up the charges and said, “That will be $60.32.” !! For a yard of fabric to use for complimentary fabric selections. I was astounded. I said I wasn’t going to pay that much. She returned my credit card and said nothing further. No options for me, no advise, just Nothing!

Needless to say, Tassels will not be assisting in the decorating of my new home. I will tell you that I’m looking for an interior decorator (don’t know if Tassels offers that service) and will be purchasing entirely new furniture for our new home, plus fabric for drapes, pillows etc... and accessories such as lamps, artwork, bed dressings and all that.

It was not a pleasant experience at all. Quite the opposite. Look elsewhere.
