U.S. Bank Branch

I use this branch most regularly because they are close to my office. Even when they weren't, I still like going to this branch. The staff are always friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. When they have experienced technical problems, they let me know what was going on, what to expect, and what to do if my transaction did not post correctly. Nice to see a business with a contingency plan to the backup plan :)

Love the service at this branch Alice, Courtney and selvi are extremely courteous and make my daily banking a great experience. They did not pay me to say these nice things.

Larissa was very helpful and extremely patient while helping me with an issue on my account even though the support people she was calling kept us on hold for a while, and hung up a few times.

Christy answered my questions about currency exchange happily on the phone. Thanks!

Some of the staff is amazing, and I appreciate it, but be prepared to wait, every time you go in, Everything is very difficult, fees are ridiculous and they never waive a fee under any circumstance. I will not recommend, ready to switch banks!

Literally the slowest bank ever. No matter when and what day I go through the drive through it takes a minimum of 20 minutes for one car to be helped. I do NOT understand how this is acceptable.

When I signed up the manager failed to explain that the no overdraft fee is only applicable to in person purchases. Now I'm overdrawn with no way of paying it because of information they didn't provide. Dont really recommend going with them.
