Omg, My 2001 mini van took its final steps on 03/04/2021. I am a manger for mcDonalds, right now I work different stores. So I needed a vehicle asap, I went to various car lots. My husband and I just bought our second mini van from there a couple of weeks ago. We had a couple hiccups with the one we bought but all got resolved with no hassle. We are repeat customers and I’m sure when this one is paid off we will be back again!! Melinda is the best. We love it there!!!

Willy King Very very hard to find an honest person in the used car industry..J.R..the car salesman very knowledgable..very nice he put with me test driving several vehicles..because I couldn't make many mind up on which vehicle to get..JR was very patient with me didn't try to put into a car I wasn't to happy with..I needed a car Asap..as to many other vehicle broke down..I found this car lot on accident..or should I say I was BLESSED..I would recommend my children or anyone else to

Excellent customer service

Got lied to from the beginning on the 2010 explorer. Took almost 2 weeks to get it cause they said it had to have new brakes, oil change & go through inspection. That was a LIE. Had to put a new battery in it after 2 days of getting it, then the oil light came on for oil change, the brakes are squealing, needs new shocks & now new tires. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO NOBODY!

They were very deceptive. I was honest and up front about my credit and my recent move to Kentucky. I told the salesman that I didn't want my credit report ran if they weren't going to sell me a car based on the info I provided. Sales associate assured me that he could help, ran my credit score, then said he couldn't help because we were new to Kentucky.
