Four Barrel Fitness East

Have always been curious to try crossfit but a busy work schedule and fear of injury has always kept me away. With our current pandemic keeping me at home for extended periods of time, thought I would give it a chance and see if it was right for me. I signed up for private lessons to help focus on perfect form and movement and while expensive, it's worth avoiding any kind of injury. My personal coach Zach has been fantastic! A third of our training time is spent on stretching, a third on movements and form, and a third on an intense workout. I have never sweat more in a short period of time than I do on this routine. I also recently started attending group classes and the experience has been above and beyond expectation. Classes are small because of social distancing and staff makes me feel safe with cleaning protocols in place. For anyone afraid to take their first step in crossfit, I would highly recommend this place. Its a decision you won't regret!

I did a drop in class at the Louisville location and it was awesome! I travel a lot for work and I visit at least one to two different crossfit boxes a week and I have to say Four Barrel CrossFit is at the top of the list places for great experiences. The people are welcoming. The coaching is outstanding. Great equipment - clean facilities. If I lived in Louisville I would be a member for sure.

Dropped here today and had a great experience! Very friendly and welcoming staff. The local members were also fantastic. Coaching was solid and engaged which isn't the norm for every box. If you are passing through or looking for a home gym they are very much worth consideration.

Dropped in when I was in town. Great staff, took the time to chat and see where I was before going into the workout. Gave great coaching tips during the class. Super clean and moderately large facility. I will definitely be back when I'm in town again and recommend this box to anyone.

Best crossfit gym ever. If you're new to crossfit, looking for a new home, or even had negative experiences with crossfit before (like I did in the past), look no further. Everyone from the coaches to the members are amazing people that Actually care about your overall well being.

Had the opportunity to drop in to a 0530 crossfit session as I had a job interview in the area.

This is everything you could hope for in a gym and more. World class facility and equipment, clean facility, extremely friendly, knowledgeable and attentive coaching, multiple class options and most importantly a very friendly and supportive community.

A friend talked me into Four Barrel's bring your friend Thursday class and I was immediately hooked. Four Barrel offers a FREE two-week on-ramp program at the beginning of every month, once you complete that you'll spend another two weeks with your on-ramp class where coaches prepare you with the skills you need to begin your journey into becoming a CrossFitter. I highly recommend FourBarrel, the coaches work with you one-on-one to ensure you are moving correctly. I have found in the mere four or so months I've been a member that I've gained strength, friendships and a new way of life.

Great community atmosphere, with experienced and licensed coaches. They truly take an all-around approach to exercise and nutrition.
