Due to its location, I don’t go to this store very often. Lowe’s is closer to my home and pretty much has been everywhere I’ve moved. Anyway, the nice clerk at the service desk helped me get signed up for the military discount, thank you Home Depot for offering that. Made a pit stop at the rest room, freshly cleaned and smelled good. Clerks out in the store acknowledged me and offered assistance. I was there specifically for one drill bit. A single ½” Milwaukee that I broke from my set. It was the only peg hook that was empty. Funny huh. Oh well, they must be doing something right because they still got me for about $160 of stuff.

The best store in the world. I only wish people who work there knew more about their departments. But, a guy did have a good idea about 3 drawer knobs I needed. Could not find any so He showed me a different design. I got 4. It worked. He knew his dept very well

This was a five star visit. Staff gave great directions to item, item was easy to find, and checkout was quick. .. 🧑‍🎄👍

I went in here with my husband looking for a box fan for my bedroom. Even though it was the end of December two gentlemen still took the time to do a thorough search. They found one all the way at the top still on a palate and wrapped up. I felt bad and didnt want to put them out but they insisted it was no problem. It was so cool watching them get it down. Best part was it was $34! I thought surely it would be $40. Thank you to Jay and Dre for 5 star service! They had great energy and worked as a team the whole time. Thanks again fellas, I slept like a baby last night thanks to your efforts :)

Ordering on their app was so easy. Ordered curbside pickup, sign said to go to app & let them know was there, couldn't do it so called # on sign & packages were in car 5 min later. Other than a poor app loved the experience

Could get lost in my own imagination for hours at home depot if time allowed this. Almost anything home related you can aquire here, if not it can be ordered and delivered rught yo your house or the store closest to you. There could be a few more extra hands to help out due to its massive and a challenge when in a hurrry to alwys locate things. I do and recommend researching whree things may be located in chosen store helps tremendously. Staff are mostly nice when Ivehern there and if you go super early they amaor daily have a small display by the paint and supplies area, or super. clearance priced paints in small to large gallons almost any time i’ve been. Great for random projects sometimes even creating a new project by a color you wouldn’t hCe thought of before. Free paint stir sticks and used to be also a free paint can lid opener. Love the Home Depot.

Always can find employee to help find what your looking for. Not under staffed for sure.

My wife and I had purchased a Ryobi self-propelled lawn mower less than 4 months ago at a different Home Depot in town. Unfortunately, it stopped powering on last weekend. The staff at the tool rental department as well as the several different customer service team members were very patient, empathetic, and really had our backs. In about 30 minutes, we were able to return our malfunctioning lawn mower for a new replacement and the process was very smooth and customer-focused. I don't remember the specific lady's name (it started with a "T" I believe), but she worked so hard to make sure we were taken care of and that our issue was resolved. What a great experience to be treated this way as a customer!

Went here for electrical and plumbing supplies for a big job; I found all of exactly what I needed. The staff here is awesome and always helped point me in the right direction when I couldn’t locate what I needed. I found amazing deals on security camera systems; bought a $300 system that was on clearance for $97. I would recommend this Home Depot over other similar stores in the area.

They try to be helpful and are very polite.

Picked up a few items I needed and had 2 keys made. Had a problem getting the right blank originally, but Andre came to the rescue. He found what I needed and quickly made them. Then, a very nice and friendly lady checked me out. When I got home the keys worked perfectly.

Excellent Customer Service! The paint department was swarmed with people. And the gentlemen behind the counter were cool, calm and collected. They far exceeded expectations on professionalism, knowledge and friendliness.

And then, the woman working at the self-checkout isle gave me a huge relief when she scanned the 5 gallon paint bucket so I didn't have to lift it out of the cart. Pleasantly surprised by this shopping experience, I left the store without the items I had scanned myself. When I returned to retrieve them, she was out in the parking lot looking for me. Thanks Home Depot for looking out for me! Keep up the GREAT customer service!

I've become more of a fan of Home Depot. Building a fairly large deck and purchased my lumber & supplies from HD. I am impressed with both the quality and service at Home Depot!
