Jana Givens is amazing! she was beyond patient with me! I got quotes from multiple agencies and she was the only one that didnt try and sell sell sell. She heard what I was saying loud and clear about my budget and figured out what worked for me. She not only broke down the quote but broke down MULTIPLE for me to get my policy down to a price I could afford and still have fantastic coverage! State Farm was the cheapest quote I got but if they weren't I was still going to switch because the amazing customer service Jana gave today!
