The front has plenty of room to get in but be warned if they tell you you have to go around the back..... It's like a Manhattan or Chicago type back, depending on if the cars are in the street or not.

I am a Contractor with a 70,000 gallon pool. Ventilation is imperative for epoxy. NIce smelling water paint is garbage that won't stick.Try the latex if you can't intelligently protect yourself with active measures. Preparation is everything. Power mixing for time specified means power mixed for time specified.. No more that 48 hrs. between coats otherwise sand whole thing. Induction time is imperative. 30 minutes if in doubt of temperature of paint . Take pic of instructions on can and zoom up. Read and reread. I use a non contact thermometer for situational awareness for application, mindful of avoiding the sun until their superb black epoxy dura seal or other epoxy paint sets overnight and turns into a tile glaze like finish. Be sure to cast sand on walking surfaces ( it will pop off leaving behind a fossilized good traction surface) or you will be sorry. Their Epoxy paint is no question the best on the market and most economical in the long run.

Two separate locations for this shipper receiver they are about 1/8 of a mile apart so if you go to the wrong one no big deal just literally a block down the road to the other facility you do have to back in from the road you will be taking up one lane of traffic but can be done

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

My pool needs a paint job.
I was advised to bring in a current paint chip to my pool supply store so they could submit it to Kelley Tech. This was done so Kelley could analyze it to insure the primer and paint that they would recommend would not have a chemical reaction to the existing paint. To ensure great coverage and longevity of their product, up to 8 years.
I accepted their recommendation, and followed their instructions exact! When you spend in the neighborhood of $3,000.00 for paint, I can’t imagine anyone not following the instructions exact.
I used the pool washing compound they recommended, the conversion coating and the Zeron paint.
This was a huge undertaking. The fumes from the conversion paint were bad enough, However the fumes from the Zeron paint were almost toxic. I suffered nausea, headaches, and other side effects, as did the family members who assisted.
I waited longer than the time they suggested before I filled the pool back up. By the end of the season I noticed some spots had bubbled. Thought it was strange that it took 3 months before we seen any signs of a chemical reaction. I thought at the time it was a minor setback, so I emptied the pool again, 55 thousand gallons of water, thinking in the spring I would order more paint and touch up those spots.
So when the time came to open the pool for this year, and I saw in sections of the pool large sheets of paint had peeled off, I was horrified. Where the paint wasn’t peeling, it was cracking. Mind you, I have a graduation party the first week of June, invitations already sent out, to bring your swim suit.
I called the pool store and she was surprised at what she saw when I showed her the pictures. She contacted Kelley Tech.
What they told her made me sick.

They refused to stand behind their product. They had the nerve to say that since the paint job was not done by a professional, they would do nothing. I may not be a professional painter, but I also am not stupid. I am capable of reading and following instructions. I also know that buying that horribly expensive paint I was not going to take any chances of doing anything incorrectly. I am not in the position to spend $3000.00 every other year to paint a pool, let alone deal with the fumes and the mess.
So I highly suggest, if your pool needs to be painted, steer clear from this company and their products. You’ll be watching several of your hard earned dollars go down the pool drain.

Must back into dock from the street. Your truck will be blocking one lane of traffic. Not safe at all.
