Quality Inn

Don't mind the rating on this one! Service was beyond great and the rooms have been remodeled. (They were currently updating the wiring in the hallway ceiling but no construction noise at all.) We had a peaceful stay and they kept fresh coffee round the clock. They are pet friendly but bring your own bags. It felt safe for our vehicles as well. l seriously have nothing negative to say. There's a Waffle House at the end of the lot, small area for truck parking, and other fast food nearby. We'll definitely return!

They have truck parking and if pulling piggy backs they have extra place about 1 block away. Clean rooms, friendly staff and good restaurants on site and walking distance

The hotel was undergoing renovation, so of course, there are areas that are messy. The room we stayed in hadn't been renovated yet, but it was clean. The staff and the owners were very friendly, and if we asked for something, they were more than glad to get it for us. I would stay there again.

So we are normally Hampton fans..however due to memorial weekend EVERYONE near and far was booked. We got lucky and found a room here and due to all the negative reviews I do have to say this is an older hotel is does need re modeled however, it is now under new owners and we were so pleased! We had our three kids with us and they only had rooms available with two queen beds. The hotel manager was more than accommodating with extra comforters to make a pallet for one of our younger kids and extra pillows. They were so nice. I check for bed bugs everywhere I go and there was nothing in sight. Like I said it is an older hotel but for the price and situation. It couldn't have been any better! This is probably the first positive review I have ever written but I was pleasantly surprised with the employees and the QUALITY OF SERVICE WE RECIEVED! thank you for saving this anxious momma and our three babies! Yall rock!

Had a blown tire and called motel to ask for a accessable room. No problem they had one . The desk clerk went way out of her way for anything I needed. I had a dead phone and she looked up phone numbers for me let me use desk phone to make a call. Then brought extra pillows and bedding to room for me . She was wonderful. Applause for a great caring person when I was stranded. Breakfast was exceptional. Rates far below what they are worth.

Spacious clean hotel clean nice room , customer service was nice, very good breakfast. Dryer takes forever to dry. But was offered by front desk to use there dryers beds was to my liking very comfy A+++.

Awesome service , the ladies who work here are amazing and try to help with anything u need. Friendly and very welcoming. Rooms are nice with no complaints at all ! We used their grill they had all utincels for us and offered to refill the the gas for the grill as well. Will stay here again if we come back for another extended period . The breakfast in the morning at 5am is right on time with us having to leave at 530am for work . Everything about this hotel is great .

Very nice hotel. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The location just off of the interstate is great for travelers as well as a large parking lot with room for semitrucks, and there are several restaurants next door. The room was clean and well maintained.

This is very nice motel nice rooms and really friendly works and good location and very good price on rooms, we plan on going back.

Very accommodating with arrival after midnight room was clean. Comfortable beds. Rollaway brought to room right away. Complementary breakfast. All staff encountered very friendly

We were traveling from Toronto, Ontario to Galveston, Texas. Our car was giving us trouble so we pulled off in Carollton and pulled into the Quality Inn for the night. The room was clean and everything worked. The complimentary breakfast was better than other places and the people were friendly.
It turned out that it was our transmission and since we were strangers we didn't know where to go. Rhonda Mikel the General Manager referred us to Robbie at the local Chevy dealership and where to rent a car.
What could have been a very stressful situation turned into a very smooth series of events. All down to Rhonda and her awesome staff. Rhonda also held our room for us in case we had to stay another night. We have to go back to pick up our car but we will be staying with Rhonda at the Quality Inn again. We are Comfort Rewards Members and travel a lot and have stayed in many Q.I.'s. The one in Carrollton, Kentucky is by far the best. CHEERS AND THANK YOU!!

Completely updated. Rooms are nice, the hot breakfast is great, free wifi. One of the better places I've stayed during my trip.

This Quality in is conveniently located right off the highway, that have an indoor pool, hot breakfast, and a exelent staff! The rooms were clean and they have WiFi
