Absolutely the best experience buying a car. Chris Gifford and Landen Charles worked numbers, researched other deals and gave me options before asking for personal info to run my credit. It’s nice to find a dealer that values my time, money and credit. Finally got me into my “adult” car…you’re never slackn’ when you’re cadillacn’.PS their estimates on payment were spot on! My salesman and everyone that helped in the process were very helpful and made my car buying experience very smooth, stress free, and actually enjoyable. My salesman and staff were very respectful, kind, friendly, and helpful, all the things that you could expect for amazing customer service. They put me in a used car that I could afford within my budget that I absolutely love! They arranged to have me picked up and brought to the dealership since my previous car had just become undrivable and the whole process only lasted an hour, which to me as a single working mom trying to get a new car and get back to work was imperative. I would definitely recommend Marshall Chevrolet to anyone, whether it be family or anyone looking for an easy, stress free car buying experience. They even gave me a warranty on the engine and transmission for the entirety of my loan on my car that has well exceeded the mileage of its factory warranty. The piece of mind that this gives me is worth more than words can express.

I would recommend Marshall Chevrolet to anyone! Robert the service manager and Chris the finance manager helped me get into something more reliable for my son and I, despite credit that isn’t the greatest.

After 6 months of having my fusion it got totaled.
I went back to Marshall Chevrolet this morning and bought a Dodge Durango. They were amazing! I was helped by Steve!

We stopped by to look at a car we had in mind and drove off with a better car at the price of the smaller car we were originally considering! Very friendly, helpful staff. While they were eager to make the sale they worked very hard to make us happy. I highly recommend this dealership!

I had to replace a tire and get service (oil & filter ) completed. I dropped it off prior to them opening and they notified me around mid morning it was completed. It was really hassle free. They answered all of my questions and were very honest with me.

My husband and I absolutely love it here. We purchased our vehicle a month back from Wytina and we got the best deal we could have asked for. They took their time even though it was late and they were already closed. We have had a couple issues with it being a used car, but they have always helped us and Chris Caudwell (I hope that is how his last name is spelled) has always taken really great care of us. 10/10 will be coming back when it is time to get another vehicle!
