Very helpful when I was having some issues between my Dr and insurance. Explained things well. They went out of their way to make phone calls on my behalf. Very happy 😊

Surprisingly fast and always helpful. They can order pet meds as well. Not great at answering the phones, easier to go in person!

Worse Customer Service by management. Long lines for only two cashiers. Long lines for self help lines. When brought to the purple haired managers attention she just stated that they had several call outs and were doing the best they could and walked away. They must
have a lot of call outs everyday because its always the same . Lack of Management Customer service! Will never enter this stor again. To many other places willing to accept my money!

Don’t waist your time trying to fill your RX here. It’s been over two months I’ve been without my prescription because the pharmacy staff doesn’t care to help find and order the prescriptions that were sent over by my Dr. A few months ago. SOOO FRUSTRATING

Being forced to beg for a Rx to be filled!
I lived and got off hospice. Got a valid hard copy narcotic Rx from my doctor for drug I've been on for months. It's over 10 days and counting waiting to get this Rx filled. My doctor confirmed the script. The Hospice took too much time to discharge me but, the Wal-Mart pharmacy and pharmacist had to be repeatedly prodded and walked through the process to get the Rx through my insurance. After all that trouble, the pharmacist decided she wanted to play doctor and not fill the oxycodone for the number of tablets prescribed. She wanted me to suffer two hours before I could take another pill. Beyond that, when I said I was not pleased that she talked my doctor into undermedicating me, the pharmacist demanded I say I was "OK" with 120 tabs instead of the 150 tabs on the Rx I'd left to have filled. When I refused to beg her to complete filling my Rx, would only say "I'm not OK with what you have done" but "I want you to go ahead and fill it," the pharmacist refused to fill the Rx and now started telling me I could pick up my hard copy and try some other pharmcy or wait another three days to speak with her manager. My insurance approved coverage, my doctor wrote a Rx for a med I've been on since July. Now here's some pharmacist pill-counting. I call back to verify if the Rx was filled; the tech says "no, it's not authorized yet." The pharmacist is purposely and personally holding up filling my Rx; a simple overide code needs to be entered. I found Wal-Mart corporate's phone number and filed a complaint. Pharmacist needs to be fired for taking over 10-13 days to provide information that her personal opinion about filling narcotic Rx orders could prevent me from getting it filled there. She and Wal-Mart are not following Arizona drug regulations. I've had to play 100 questions to find out why the Rx wasn't being filled and got half-assed answers or out right lies.
This should not happen to people. This pharmacist needs to be fired and manager retrained!
