Kohl's

Loved shopping at this Kohls. Very clean and organized. The workers were eager to help with a friendly smile and attitude. The seem to have a good selection of products. A delightful shopping experience.

As busy as it is during the Christmas season and the sales that
Kohl's is having --- everyone that I came in contact with we're super friendly and very helpful. From the returns to fine jewlery and then
check out thanks Rita for your friendly visit, and reminding me about my kohl's cash.

My biggest complaint was that prices marked were not rung up. Clearance was take an additional 50%off and that did not happen had them take everything off that did not ring correctly. Got home and missed some,but that's on me. Also bed pillow buy one get 2nd 50%off that didn't happen.

So excited to see the Puma Kids line. Girls and Boys. More goods coming. Easy to find with their logo signage too. Such cute styles.

Jackie from sephora was amazing. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I loved getting help from her as she recommended great products for my skin type. Most of all she was honest with me about what would work best. I really appreciated her opinion.

The salesclerk was so nice - she let me use my expired Kohl's cash. I was so surprised and appreciative.

Isidro (I think I spelled that right) and Angela were amazing!! I have never had better customer service in any department store that I can remember. I live in Gilbert and just so happen to be passing through Chandler and decided to stop in. I had such a great experience at this Kohl’s. I will definitely be making the drive from Gilbert to Chandler just to shop at this Kohl’s. Even though gas is five bucks a gallon I still feel it will be worth the drive.

Every Kohls Location I visited was awesome! Very Tidy place, the staff are nice and fast checkout! I love kohls! It’s the best shopping store for me even Kohls Online is very good! I’m very well satisfied.

We cave in to return an Amazon purchase. The associate was very nice and helpful. We got a 15% off coupon that could be used that day in store. It was good on sale items and full price items. There were adequate number of sales associates so we did not have to wait to check out. The cashier was very kind and personable. The store was very clean and there was adequate stock on shelves.

Rita is always so pleasant and helpful. She is a wonderful employee, and I always look forward to seeing her at checkout!

I was having a hard time finding a specific shirt I was looking for and one of the cashiers offered to help me find it. Not only did he go looking for it but he went above and beyond and checked the entire store and brought me the exact shirt I needed. Excellent customer service!
