If you have a stain that you cannot remove look no further than Tide Cleaners in Oakley. I have been coming here for years and drive pass numerous other cleaners. The staff is knowledgeable and accommodating.

Great service! Clothes are ready in 24 hours and they are flawless. They are my go to place to take care of my most valuable clothes.

When I called, the young lady was very professional and helpful. She did her best to help fix my situation. It was on Friday Feb 9, 2024 in mid morning.

The staff here is always super friendly and the turnaround time on getting items back is great. Today was the first snag I’ve ever had, but you’ll notice I’m still giving 5 stars. Dylan, the general manager took care of my husband’s order and when an inexpensive shirt was accidentally damaged, he offered great customer service with solutions that were completely reasonable. We will continue to use Tide Cleaners and recommend this location for sure!

I always am greeted with a friendly face and the service is quick and easy. It would be nice if my occasional broken shirt buttons were replaced.

Great management team. As a consultant, I travel for business quiet extensively, dry cleaning is very essential to provide me with comfort. Dylan, the general manager, helpful in setting my account and pick/drop off schedule, and attentive to my needs. Kesh, the driver, has been awesome. Warm, attentive, caring and focused on providing great service . As a hospitality consultant, I understand genuine care and dedication in providing great customer service, certainly Kesh and Dylan exceeded my expectations and I appreciate them.

Excellent service! You just drive up and give your account info and they grab your laundry. Then in 2-3 days your cloths are washed, dried and folded and separated in plastic bags then placed back in your laundry bag. You drive back up and they place your bag in vehicle and you drive off. I personally hate doing laundry so this is a wonderful service.

Tide is my primary laundry services destination. Prices are reasonable, quality is good, and service is fast. Every time I have used them, they have promised next day by 5 PM but have had them ready by 3. Drop off using the laundry bags they provide is a cinch, and pick up is fast and easy. Would recommend.

I absolutely love the Tide Cleaners in Oakley. They are so efficient and your clothes are so clean and smell so great! I did the wash and fold and that was a big help when my washer was down briefly. They came in handy right on time!
