Kroger Marketplace

I think they just remodeled this store. It's HUGE. They have things like a very nice wine tasting and bar area, a huge sushi bar and their produce section seems very large. Their kitchenware area is also huge. Very impressive. Weird that there was only one register open. You pretty much had to do self checkout. But other than that great.

On Christmas Eve day we came in for the first time ON moving day. Sitting near the coffee shop was a lovely gentleman playing guitar and singing for a wild-eyed, last minute shopping crowd. I am here to support this artist and the local store for bringing him in to make our day a little brighter. What a gem!! I will look for him every time.❤Lastly, this store is clean and has a lot of kind employees ready to help. I hope people remember to be kind back!

We had a nice shopping trip..from clothes and blankets to groceries. The store was busy but still seemed clean and well stocked . We ate there, which was nice and saved time. I got a wrap sandwich and my husband got a sub sandwich. Both were a good value for the cost. Most employees were very friendly.

Im almost 100% sure if you could get the contact to the hr representative with a voice box mail service you would likely be able to provide a more valuable service to community... im probably not needed but to help enhance systems for everyone there i am abnormal to people... Top of the line Kroger Marketplace at Oakley Station. Lots of extras (Pharmacy, Starbucks, Click it pickup, Wine bar, Bistro, etc.). Enough parking including family, electric and handicap. Fuel station right across the road. Biggest challenge can be Crossroads traffic.

As a new Ohioan, place has everything I've looked for in stock. Great savings by using the coupons, it's like a Ralph's from LA but better, depending on which Kroger store one shops at, it can have clothing as well. I've usually gone around 2pm & few lanes are open, self checkout is nice to have.

The staff have been exceptionally friendly. Mary always makes sure to say hi to our children and hand them stickers. She’s their favorite!

Last night, before the store closed, we had a family emergency, and my relative needed help. In an age where racism, intolerance, and cruelty are so common, I wanted to take a moment to thank the young man who helped my brother find peace last night. Treating human beings with compassion and going above and beyond the call of duty bridged huge gaps last night. The young man was warm and kind-- instead of being "corporate." He realized there was an emergency and helped without question or judgement. We never got the young man's name, but he was a miracle who waited for the UBER DRIVER to get my brother to safety.

One of the nicest Krogers I've visited. Very big, enormous selection (compared to other Krogers in the area), and relatively clean. There is even an area where you can relax and drink a glass of wine.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE. The pharmacist went above and beyond trying to get my medication at a better price

Bakery associate Carol went above and beyond, walking with me out to my car when I ordered a ton of rolls. Pretty much always has what I need in stock, and I have had many other good interactions with the customer service here.

They have the BEST sushi of any of the Kroger stores I’ve tried!

I love this store. They recently remodeled. I need to get use to the new layout but its safer because everything cold is cased.

Very nice, new marketplace! Store is well maintained and stocked. Most importantly, they usually have enough open checkout lanes to expedite the process when things get busy.

Only downside is that they don't display their Free Friday Coupon items and they are usually difficult to locate, and when you finally do, it's generally out of stock.

I want to THANK this Kroger's Floral Department for making up flowers for my grandson's prom at the last minute. And, I do mean the last minute-2 days before the prom. I picked up the flowers on the day of the prom. They were GORGEOUS!! They charged me less than what was quoted, but it would have been alright to charge me more. Considering that I did not give them much time. THANK YOU AGAIN!
