We are packing up for a move and Zips took care of us! We needed our comforters ready for storage and what a beautiful job they did! I thought I would need to repack but each comforter was neatly folded in a zipper bag. Outstanding customer service and extremely competitive pricing.

This is an excellent dry cleaners. They have honest integrity. Twice I have forgotten and left money in my pocket and each time the money was returned with my dry cleaning order. Their night drop off is great. In by 9am out by 5pm. The text messages are great. I can never say enough about their service. Friendly staff!!

Dry Cleaners is convenient, has quick turnaround, is customer friendly and of excellent value. They are superb at laundry and ironing of dress shirts and you can tell they took care to treat the shirts gently. You are always greeted when you walk in. Their online notification when you drop off clothes and notification when the clothes are ready for pick up is an added value.

Consistently fantastic every time. Went today and the workers were super nice and finished my suit (same day) hours ahead of schedule, in time for my flight. 10/10. Would recommend.

We had 22 items consisting of shirts, blouses, and pants. All turned out great! We will always use Zips for our needs. Just a small confusing issue though was when I received the email that it was all ready, the bottom of the email said they were closed on Saturdays. Saturday was the day I was planning on picking up our items. I changed my plans and went up and got them on Thursday. When I arrived, I asked them about Saturdays, and they said they were open. I should have called ahead of time but did not want to wait until the following week to get our items. Other than than, it is a great place, with friendly people, and quick service! Thanks ZIPS!

ZIPS is AWESOME!! The employees and manager were really helpful and friendly. The manager even called me about a dress that was not supposed to be dry cleaned before she treated it. They were quick and a great price. All my clothing looks great! I used to hate going to the dry cleaner because it was such a pain and really expensive. This was so easy. I can drop my clothes off after I go to the gym in the morning and pick them up the same day after work.

This place is amazing! They are as advertised - in and out. Even your first visit while they get you set up is fast and convenient. Plus, no more trying to keep up with those annoying dry cleaner tags. These folks are 100% automated combined with a great staff on site. The prices are incredible and my clothes look great too. They are also veteran owned, which means a lot to those of us who have worn the uniform.

Fantastic customer service - technology with a personal touch!

I dropped off several suits for dry cleaning. The system they have seems very efficient - including e-mail notification if you choose. Someone from Zips called me to let me know that one of the suits had staining that should be wet-cleaned rather than dry-cleaned. And when I received the suits back they were thoroughly clean.

Super friendly staff! I always walk out of Zips with a smile on my face. Quick turnaround. I received a text message when my cleaning was ready. When I came in to pick up, it was raining, and they took extra special care of my cleaning to ensure my clothes would stay dry.

First..they are super friendly. Like I wish I needed dry cleaning daily. 2nd It was literally my first time ever getting dry cleaning done. The guy explained everything to me and now I feel like I understand dry cleaning. The owner should branch out into every business possible. 10 stars

They are very professional/good services! They have an after hours drop off box and tags that they can scan on the bags that contain all of your info so it's so easy for someone like me to drop and go since I'm usually on the run. Definitely recommend. Reliable and convenient if you live in Oakley or nearby.

A great alternative to all the overpriced dry cleaning in the area. I’ve tried many places, and zips stand up to all the competition. Where they win my business is in pricing. Cheaper than any place I’ve been too and their hours of operation are perfect. They have after hours drop off options and they don’t charge extra for same day cleaning. I dropped my suit off at 7am and picked it up at 5pm right before my flight.

I've used them twice for dry cleaning and was not disappointed. My clothes looked great. The price is very good and the employees are very friendly. I will continue to use Zips.

I love this place. They do a great job. I have been delighted and so happy that I no longer have to go to the dry cleaner in Hyde Park who is a rabid Trump supporter.

The only thing with ZIPS that started out great but has changed, is how sweaters are hung. Sweaters should be folded and hung over a pants hanger, which was the process when I first started going to ZIPS, but recently, sweaters are hung like blouses. It would be great to see a return to the proper process. My work around is to pick up same day so that I can get the sweaters off the hangers ASAP.
