This is a wonderful practice. They are knowledgeable, caring and kind. Sheryl, the nurse practitioner is particularly impressive. Her ability to treat you for whatever medical issues you are experiencing while simultaneously being able to calm you and thoughtfully discuss your treatment plan is truly remarkable. She will happily sit with you and answer all of your questions as well. Very impressed with this practice and the people there. Thank you!!

I am a complicated medical case with a lot of issues that have stumped doctors since before I can remember. I have seen some of the most expensive and highly rated doctors in Dallas without any luck. My experience with previous doctors was less than satisfactory and I generally felt rushed through, not heard, and not valued.
When I starting seeing Dr. Padilla it honestly changed my life. The entire office is so kind, and makes me finally feel heard and seen. I never feel rushed through even if they are busy. Dr. Padilla has helped figure out things that no other doctor has been able to in 20 years. He helped me find an anxiety medication that actually works for me and I have felt better than I have in years. They are helping me figure out other things that I had given up on after basically being told “sorry we can’t help you” at other practices.
Hillcrest Medical is super speedy when it comes to responses, lab work, and refills. A special shout out to Michael who is wonderful at his job! He always responds to emails fast, and makes refilling my medication easy!
I am so blessed that I have found this practice. Most doctors seem great when all you need is a flu test, or check up, but when your health is a bit more complicated it feels pretty hopeless. Hillcrest Medical is a no brainer especially for anyone like me who is a “complicated case” or “medical mystery.”

Simply sensational! Absolutely world class! Healthcare has been so consumerized that 99.99% of providers have no clue what they are doing. Just running through the ropes without understanding anything. Dr. Padilla is an exception. He actually understands conceptually what’s going on, what needs to be done and what’s best for the PATIENT, not society. I will never go elsewhere even tho it’s a far drive for me.

Ive been going here for years & recommend this medical office to everyone! Dr. Padilla is very knowledgeable and personable. Staff is efficient and friendly. You can schedule an appointment, but they also have hours where you can walk-in.

Dr Padilla is the best!!! He always takes time to listen, you can always walk in and the appointments are quick. I went to 3 other doctors to diagnose my problem and Dr Padilla was the one that finally got it right - should have gone to him in the first place. So very thankful for him and his office!

dr marlon padilla saved my arm.. after 2 months of being prescribed bad medications and diagnosed incorrectly fir a arm skin infection... i went to dr marlo. padilla and he immediately diagnosed me correctly and gave me correct prescriptions to treat all of my symptoms. thank you dr marlon padilla

This is definitely the best doctors office I’ve ever been to. All of the staff are so friendly from the time you walk in. The front desk guy Michael is always so nice and welcoming. Dr. Padilla has the best bed side manners and Brittany Estrada who assist him is so kind and sweet. She really makes you feel like she really understands what you are going through. If I could give 10 stars for the rating I would.

Dr. Padilla was willing to take me on as a new patient during a very challenging time of my life. I am a victim of crime, which means I have no insurance and no real ability to see a great doctor that doesn't work with the victim board of compensation. He has been fabulous. He is thorough, received all my history and records before treating me, talked with me about my conditions and follows up each month, even having a call with me personally every few months to make sure I am being treated the way I need to be. I am so thankful to have been introduced to Hillcrest and Dr. Padilla. His team of patient care coordinators are all incredible and professional as well. They are in touch, helpful, quick to reply and kind as can be. I spent a good few months in Dallas over quarantine, and I still stick to Dr. Padilla via telehealth and phone / email. He's hands down one of the best doctors I've ever had and if you're between a few--I say look no further - choose Dr. Padilla and Hillcrest! Mike is one of the crew as well, and he is AWESOME. :)

Dr. Padilla and his staff are a rare find. I have always considered him a friend, as well as, my Dr. Having been diagnosed with an early onset condition, disability came my way far too soon. His practice does not take my insurance, so paying out of pocket was the immediate decision. He watches out for me and tells me how he truly feels about any procedure or facility I may be considering. To say he has been helpful is an understatement.

Dr. Padilla is our family doctor, even though we live in Colleyville… we made a decision years ago, the drive is worth it. The staff at Hillcrest Medical are all accommodating and thorough… I can’t say enough about this place. A quick review is the least I could do to express our gratitude!

The best physician in the town from diagnosis to bed side manners. Dr P is the best doctor seriously! Coming from health care background and having some health issues a few years ago, I hopped from doctor to doctor to finally find Dr P, such a caring and intelligent physician always spot on in diagnosis. Never he sends patients for unnecessary tests but he does what’s right for the patient. He is not just there to take money from you … if he prescribes something you better do. I have had undiagnosed thyroid issues and I was just so miserable Dr P just fixed it. His staff is very responsive despite they are very busy . Absolutely Great . I would never go to any other Physician.

I've been a patient of Dr Padilla for 17 years. I've followed him each time that he's relocated because he cares about my health and he gets right down to the problem. He always know just what to do to get me well and getting my best. I'm very comfortable with Dr. Padilla and trust his recommendations concerning my health. He never rush through my visits with him and he listens. He's the best doctor that I've ever had and I'll be his patient forever.

Started going to Hillcrest Medical to see Dr. Padilla as 3 coworkers recommended him. Dr Padilla is knowledgeable, accommodating and makes you feel comfortable while explaining everything to you in details.
They also take walk ins which makes my life so much easier asni don't have a regular schedule.
I can't forget to praise the front dest staff. They are SO FAST with any requested paperwork. Things that used to take me weeks to have sorted out at previous offices take them no more than 48hours if not done immediately.
Prescription refills, FMLA...you name it. They are always on top of things.
I will continue going to this place as long as they take me and will continue recommending it to everyone I know as I have been.
