Walgreens

My whole family uses this Pharmacy. It is pretty busy, but i have always found them to be helpful. Today I had to call about a prescription, my wait on the phone was approximately 2-3 minutes and then the pharmacy technician was polite and helpful and we got my question answered and my prescription filled.

I don't know how to reconcile the other negative reviews. My experience has always been positive.

I was having a severe allergic reaction while eating out . Thank you for being open late. I was able to run in to Walgreens and grab some life saving Benadryl, nose spray, and a primatene mist inhaler. The sales associate greeted me as I walked in and asked if I needed help. A+ on being attentive.

I've been there a few times already and I had no issues, everyone greeted me while I was walking around, everything seems clean. People at the pharmacy seem to be efficient and nice. So far so good, I'll change my review if my interactions change.
I don’t understand how so many people get so many bad interactions. I use the app to chat with the pharmacy and see if my prescription was sent by my doctor, and they text and email me when the prescription is ready.
If I use the app I can check the prescription and dosage, and I always double check that my prescription is the right dosage and medication. The same way I would check my change is right.
I’ve never really have any issues so my experience has been good so far.

The portraits they print on wrapped canvas are really good though they printed a bit darker than I anticipated. My only suggestion to Walgreens is not to put the internet order receipt on the top of the box. Because these are often gifts I print for my business, it makes a difference. Trying to rip the tag off makes the box look tacky and hides the phrase "Find Smiles Inside." Another Walgreens puts them on the back of the box which makes more sense. I'd leave this as a note when I do an Internet order but there isn't a place for special instructions. Might be a good idea? Thanks!

Great store and Saul is extremely helpful!! Saul in the beauty area always has a smile on his face and go above and beyond to assist.

Pharmacy staff is always friendly and quick when we've needed a prescription for my young children.

This Walgreens always has what I need! It is also the only drugstore around that stays open until midnight which is great!

Just this morning, the male cashier greeted me, and was very friendly and courteous...

The pharmacy gave me the wrong dosage in medication and while that was very frustrating, the manager was very apologetic and responsive. They were closing in 30 mins but he offered to have it ready asap. I couldn’t return that same day, but he still made it possible for me to exchange the medication, which is usually not possible.

This store does not fill orders for essentials, though you are able to place orders. This was explained politely to me by someone who works at this location. The mediocre score is a reflection of Walgreens as a whole.

All depends who working this store is kinda racist and rude...but depends who is working some gentleman and ladies are very nice...

We've been patrons of this pharmacy for over 15 years and have loved it. However, in the last 3 or so months, something has drastically changed. They are refilling my medications and billing my insurance even though I'm not requesting them (and, no, they are not on auto-refill), and they call me at least 1-2 a week to tell me, "We will no longer be able to provide one of your medications." They leave this message and won't tell me what the medication is. Every time I call back, the person who answers looks at the system and tells me everything is okay and they don't know why I got that message. Every Week. Every Time. A few days later I receive the same message directly from this store asking me to return their call immediately due to a problem with my medications. Today, I asked her not to hang up until she had asked every other technician if they had made the call and she simply put me on hold and left me. I don't know if ownership, management, or what has suddenly changed, but, this is not the Walgreens we've loved for so many years.

This Walgreens, which sits in one of the nicest parts of Dallas, draws a crowd most days… Long lines at peak times. However, the pharmacy staff is often not that polite, the store itself is getting old and needs a total overhaul from corporate. Some staff are friendly some are not, they need to be consistent. Parking lot gets very busy, I come here a lot because it’s near where we live, and there is a crowd that expects a newer store higher level of service.
