Mortenson Family Dental

I had recently switched insurance companies so I had never been to a Mortenson Family Dental before. But I am thrilled I did because each person was knowledgeable, friendly, and seemed to love what they do. I was immediately brought back and seen. Lauren Courtney was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and heard. I now feel confident in my dental team providing the best care.

If you are looking for a dentist with 110% certainty this is your place!! If you have ever been to a practice that you truly felt cared for and you were not just a number moving through then you will understand the passion put into words describing this practice!! Everyone in this office genuinely cares for you and your well being. From the greetings at the door when entering and all the way through your visit to the goodbyes and take care when you leave is every bit genuine!! In today’s world how many practices can we say that is prevalent?! Dr D. and her staff are making a difference in this world one smile at a time. Through their work with their patients and with their love and concern for others!! I am so grateful to be able to have them and I hope this only helps others who need them as well!!

I am never going to another dentist! Dr. Dani did an awesome job pulling my wisdom teeth, it was quick and completely painless! She is very gentle and stopped several times to make sure I was okay. Her assistants, Lauren and Amber, made me feel very comfortable and eased my nerves. The whole staff is very knowledgeable and took time to make sure I understood all of my post operative instructions.

Staff took very good care of me. Two root canals and two extraction in the same setting. No pain and went great

Absolutely amazing group of friendly people who took me at a pretty bad state dental health wise due to years of personal issues which was beyond my control at the time. They not only treated me with absolute respect but played a big part in helping me regain my confidence I had long since lost in myself.

I got caught in traffic and missed my appt time with my previous Dentist by 15 min., so they cancelled on me. Forced to find a dentist closer to home, I stopped in at Mortenson in Carrollton, KY. They scheduled a cleaning for me the very next day. They treated me with nothing but kindness and respect. The Dental Hygenist and Dentist took time to ensure I was comfortable and understood the process. They were very sharp, I was impressed. I now drive only 20 min vs 1hr 10min for my Dentistry needs, grateful.

Excellent and superb service and customer service skills.
All eight of the employees are extremely kind, friendly, and employ patience with patients.

This experience has made me realize to take the time and read reviews before finding a dentist . I didn’t have a regular dentist. I was not wanting to travel a long distance, I just wish I had found this dentist sooner . The office staff was very helpful and friendly, that truly makes a difference when you have anxiety. They explained very clearly what they were doing. Took the time to answer me . Having 4 teeth pulled and a partial put in . I will not be going anywhere else . Already have made my daughter an appointment. I couldn’t be happier with the results 🦷😁
