Florida Hills Memorial Gardens

We were very pleased with our experience. We have a very small family and didn’t need a lot of the services that are offered. They helped so much! We only had a small grave side service and burial and it went off without a hitch with Cheryl leading the way. I couldn’t have done better if I had choreographed the entire thing myself. I am an experienced cemetery user as I am a member of findagrave wherein volunteers like myself photo gravesites and enter names birthdates and death dates so that genealogists can document a family history.

I have visited at least 40 cemeteries in three states so know the conditions of cemeteries well. This is one of the best maintained cemeteries I have seen and actually has “ambience”.

It is laid out in different sections with gorgeous mausoleums of polished granite and nameplates in brass. It has a separate veterans section with a large American flagpole. It comes complete with a funeral home at the front and visible from the road.

When I was there an employee was pressure washing the sidewalks outside one of the many mausoleums. Grass and shrubbery well kept.

The staff at Turner funeral home were wonderful. They were accommodating, kind, compassionate, and professional. They were always there to guide us through this uncertain moments. My mother’s memorial was an absolute beautiful setting. They arranged all the video, photos, flowers, memories and food which really helped during this difficult time. They certainly went over and above our expectations

Everyone here went above and beyond Accommodating our needs. The staff were very friendly personable and mostly professional. The cemetery was well-kept which was very important knowing that where are my mother is buried is in a environmentally manicured place. I will definitely do my arrangements here because of the impeccable staff and accommodations they have

Everyone their were nice, friendly and caring. From the office staff Toto the cemetery staff excellent experience. We would definitely recommend to everyone. Our limo driver is a very pleasant woman. I’ll never forget George he made a sad day happy. Thank you all.

Losing a loved one is a hard enough experience. We are new to living in Florida from California. When my mom passed away suddenly we really weren’t sure what was the correct path for us. Choosing Memorial Gardens was that choice for us. We want the people we cared for and loved in life cherished and taken care of once they are gone. Memorial Gardens will give you a feeling of peace of mind you can’t find everywhere. I can’t say enough about how kind all the employees are. It is a very nice cemetery, centrally located in Spring Hill. Well kept grounds and easily accessible from the road.

Very professional

The location is beautiful and the grounds are maintained well. The staff I dealt with was inconsiderate, we had an appointment which she was a no call/no show for. I called the office and they told me she was at an appointment and she would call me back later. After 4 hours I had not heard from her so I call again and get patched through. She never apologized, never even acknowledged that she blew me off. Scheduled another appointment which I canceled due to COVID. I told we would deal with it in few days but now it's urgent for her and proceeds to harass us to get things done. She was insulting, pushy and rude. I won't go on about my dealings with her. I would recommend finding a different place but if you go with them make sure your told up front about all fees otherwise they'll add things when it's time to pay and then wonder why your upset. They made dealing with the loss of my father more difficult. They are all beauty on the outside and cold hearted on the inside.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. EVERYTHING IS OVERPRICED, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR LOVED ONE, ONLY THE MONEY. THEN AFTER YOU BURY YOUR LOVED ONE, THEY WILL CALL YOU TO SEE IF YOU WANT TO PREPAY FOR YOUR AFTER LIFE SERVICES WHILE YOU ARE STILL GRIEVING WHICH IS TOTALLY INCONSIDERATE, BUT AGAIN ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE MONEY, NOT YOU!!!
