Wendy's

Just had one of the best Wendy's experiences I've ever had. I've been to Wendy's many times and we go there only when we are traveling or need a quick bite. We are traveling for a family event for Christmas.

We decided to go through the drive through to save time. The staff was extremely kind and friendly. There was an error with our order, which the employee apologized many times for. We ended up with a few extra food items because of the error.

The food itself was packaged the best I've ever seen in a bag before. Each meal was separate which kept us from the usual confusion of digging through the bag for each person's items. The way it was bagged also kept the food very hot. I noticed and so did my 12 year old as he said, "Mom, the bottom of the bag is so warm and my food is warm."

It was a very pleasant experience and I feel many drive through could learn a lot from this particular store on how to package food for travel

A nice, clean Wendy's with friendly employees. The view out the window is nicer than most Wendy's with the mountains.

I wish I had the names of the people who took care of me today. My visit was 8/5/23 around 10:30AM. The store was so clean. The restroom was immaculate and smelled so good. The folks behind the counter treated me like family. Best Wendy’s experience ever!! This crew needs special recognition! They were amazing! Thank you!!

Always hot and consistent. However, if you order something that involves silverware, make sure to ask for it. They always forget it 😆

Drive-thru service was fast and accurate, food was well prepared. The Ghost Pepper Chicken Sandwich is very 🥵❤

That is the best place to go to me and my family went there today I got a chicken honey spicy sandwich it was hot and spicy it was very good I recommend family and friends to go there and they have 100% on the rev and I like that and my aunt Sandy Howard is the boss there she is a great cook

The best burger and fries around. Sorry McDonald's but you fall short on all accounts. They also have the absolute best Apple Salad and dressing I have ever tasted. Wendy's will not disappoint.

Wow. This was like going back in time. The food looked like the menu picture. Staff was friendly and efficient. It's definitely not an experience you'd find at a Wendy's near me these days(Cincinnati).

I eat there at least once each week. I have never seen an employee act with any disrespect to anybody. They are always so nice, and the food is great. I love the prices,too! It is perfect from food, prices, people .. to service! It's my favorite drive-thru restaurant!

Came for 3 Frosty Juniors, had to wait about 20 minutes in the drive thru line but they were really good and I had nothing else to do but wait. The employees were so nice even though they had a big line.

I had orders for 5 ppl and they actually separated our orders into different bags and placed them into 1 big bag instead of slinging everything in together. Offered a drink carrier, had it ready in a timely manner.

Store was clean and the service was fast.

While traveling from Ny to Ky I stopped here in the drive thru for a drink and frosty. The people that waited on me were spectacular! From the gentleman taking my order to the young lady handing my food and change over, awesome! They made me feel like employees there have fun by the barrelful! So thank you, for making my 10 hour drive fun!
