Best rental place ever!! The whole staff are the sweetest!! Cesar, Luis, Valerie, Amdra they are great people, always ready to help you with a smile... Peter, the manager, is the best manager ever, he is sweet, professional and a true gentleman... he cares for the people and what they need... he help me in the worse moments of my life and make me feel like home... i got a Toyota Corolla 2020 with zero miles for my rental for 2 months and a half!! That was great!! Amazing service!! I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends n family here in Miami!!!

I have a standing Jan. monthly rental each year and I feel so pampered. Peter is the best. I love dealing with a small local place that CARES if you have a good experience with them. I hope to keep visiting Miami each year and I would never consider renting from anyone else when in this area.

This company is sensational. Valerie has always been very helpful and cooperative from the beginning of the Toyota Corolla rental process. She promptly answered to my questions. I did a lot!!
I arrived from Brazil in Ft Lauderdale, and they picked me up with a Toyota Camry, when I arrived at the company I was informed by Mr. Pete (manager), there was no Corolla available, I was granted the Camry (brand new), the one used to pick me up at the airport. It was great, because it was not necessary to move the luggages.
Even Julio helped me with the SunPass setup.
Great value company, I will recommend them to all my Brazilian friends going to Florida.

This place is the best and easier car rental facility I have ever worked with all over the world. From the moment I called in to ask about their service, the customer service was beyond imagination and Cesar answered every question I had and made a great recommendation which worked out perfectly. The prices are amazing, the customer service was exceptional and I was even lucky to have Cesar take care of my rental when I got there initially and at drop off. He is amazing, knowledgable and friendly and the other girl at the front desk was really friendly too. Such a rarity in Miami! Would definitely recommend and will use again!

This rental company is top notch, and run as a small, family business with good quality vehicles which are very clean. I won't get into the details but they definitely went well over and above what was expected to help my family and I get into a vehicle after a very stressful travel day. These folks care about their customers and if I am in this area I'll be doing business with them again. Special shout out to Valerie.

Amazing service it's pretty straight forward in renting. Maybe they have more staff working during Saturday picked up a vehicle on Monday with a staff of three from what I experienced and went pretty smoothly. Will tell you best prices to rent a vehicle out there. Hands 👐 down.

It been an amazing experience from beginning to end. Specially Valerie and Amanda, making all the arrangements for my rental and accommodating me with a shuttle from the rental to Fort Lauderdale airport. Such great service every time I rent a vehicle here. All cars have been clean and new models. Could improve on the fuel instead of handing it on 1/4, but it's all great.

They are my favorite for the rest of my life. The best cars to offer with the best receptionist or worker's with great personality. from there location they will get you to the airport and they're now my family.
