It is always a pleasure to come to this place. Christmas spirit you can feel it all over the place. Great place to come with the kiddos.

This shopping mall is definitely a place to visit. It’s so beautiful and it has everything. Cinema, restaurants, best shops.

This place was the go-to place back when I was in high school. Sometime after the mall seemed "dead," but after trying out the place again several years later, they've really improved and opened up several new stores. It is one of my favorite places to hang out now. The True Food Kitchen is great!

I've been here twice. Both times did not disappoint either. I had the caprease flat bread this time. It was excellent. Light enough, but very filling. Very relaxing atmosphere, very good service. Will be back again for sure.

Very nice mall. .I went to Claire's to get my ear pierced ( right ear piercing that previouslyclosed). The female staff that pierced my ear was very pleasant and explained the process very well. She was gentle. I recommend.

The Falls is amazing mall to go to. To me it is a considered an outdoor mall not an indoor. But it does have roofing so the sun won't hit you in most places. It has all the stores you would ever want to go to. Plenty of food to try. Plenty of stores to go to and they also have a movie theaters. And right now it's Christmas and Christmas Time is Beautiful whenever you go you should go during Christmas time in December. I love the Falls if you're a tourist come here for sure.

BEAUTIFUL outdoor mall. Plenty of seating areas, restaurants with indoor and outdoor seating. Movie theater, Macy's, Fresh Market, banks ,gas station.

Nice outdoor mall when the weather is permissive. I would not recommend on a rainy day but nice place to hang out, shop and dine in a beautiful day.

Great shopping center with Bloomingdales and Macy’s in opposite sides. Nice and comfortable movie theater. Walking between shopping is beautiful and relaxing with all the water fountains and gardens. Pet friendly. Comfortable sofas and chairs throughout. Many restaurants near by to fit any budget. Easy parking with cover parking for rainy days Handicap accessible.

Having been a frequent visitor of The Falls for years, I must say that its recent renovation has truly transformed the shopping center into a top-tier destination! The updated design not only captures the essence of modern elegance but also adds a fresh vibe to the Palmetto Bay/Pinecrest area. The has curated blend of new stores and restaurants alongside our beloved old favorites! We'll continue to visit and sample new goodies!

Pretty nice and quite chill. Despite it being outdoors, it has a variety of stores with an arcade and movie theatre.

Madison Reed has been my hair life saver! Chaquira is great and always very helpful and my hair has never looked better!
