Every time I come to the store Alejandra helps me and she is so amazing and always willing to help to a point that whenever I go in into the store I just want her to help me since she is so warm welcoming and has a positive and happy attitude ! She is a customer service expect and sample to be followed 🥰

I had some issues with my account and Andres was knowledgeable and professional. He made sure to help me out and resolve my concerns. I was more than satisfied with Andres attentions but also, the store was busy and made sure everyone was being taken care of. After every customer I noticed tables being cleaned, all representatives had mask on and and a covid friendly environment. Great service!

Today I went to the store with my mom to have her choose her birthday present. We were greeted by Andres who was immediately so welcoming. He took his time with my mom who was very indecisive choosing her gift. His patience and excellent service really made my moms day extra special. I usually never take the time to write reviews but Andres definitely deserves to be recognized for his exceptional patience and service. We will definitely be back for any concerns, purchases or even upgrades.

Today I went into the AT&T store in Miami Lakes, FL and was professionally greeted by Henry there. I had a detailed question re: international calling and associated fees. He answered my questions to my satisfaction and I had that service temporarily added to my account immediately. I also informed his manager Mario that Henry did a perfect and complete presentation for this service. This is one of many reasons why I remain a loyal AT&T customer for 30+ years. Excellent service.

What can I say?! Andres is the epitome of personalized, professional and warm customer service!! I’ve been back now 2 times and have added more and more family members to my plan. He was attentive, patient and detailed oriented. AT&T is fortunate to have such an incredible asset to their organization! Great job!! We will certainly be back with any future questions or concerns.

Had to deal with a difficult situation transferring multiple lines to my name after my mother’s passing. Andres was the reason this was able to happen. He worked with me for multiple hours (while also helping other customers) and got everything sorted for me. He was compassionate, understanding, and went above and beyond to assist. So thankful for all his help.

It was quick and painless, Andrew was very cool and got everything I needed done and he made me some good offers. 10/10.

Wow if you ever need great phone service go to At&t and ask for Salvador he is the greatest when I tell you patience and very helpful my screen went out and he tried everything in the book to transfer and back up my phone And would not give up until I said OK and he was like you sure so give him a visit 5644 N.W. 167st. And don't for get to ask for Salvador oh and his team is awesome as well. The atmosphere is fabulous

Switching phone companies and hunting for a good deal is a stressful and tedious journey, except here at this AT&T. It has been an absolute great experience. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Leo. He was super nice and pointed us into the right direction. The store was neat and tidy, everything was organized and easy to find. Next we were attended by Roberto, and he was amazing! He knew exactly what he was talking about and which were the best deals for our family. He was so patient when we were setting up the new account and highly professional. I was extremely satisfied with his service. I am so happy I made the switch to AT&T. Overall a magnificent experience thanks to the exceptional customer service given at this store.

I am ecstatic to have found this store. I came in with a load sum of questions and doubts regarding internet and phone plans. The staff was incredibly stupendous. I was attended by Leo, and he was the best! He was super attentive and eager to help. The second I explained what I needed, Leo knew exactly what to offer me.
